Concur on the swap out game. However I am prepared to fight for new molds
How come you make two reservations when you want one? C’mon…
Just ridiculous. U know where he can shove both of them?
Right on to my shelf thats where. That'll teach em
Super Cool. Still got to find myself a FT Omega Supreme
I just instinctively grabbed one without paying attention to the likelihood that another site would have both available shortly after.
I don’t use it to buy multiple transformers or anything though. I live about 1 mile across the US border into Mexico, but it’s so much easier for me to send my mail to a US address. So that’s why I use the third-party. Not for reasons of buying multiples of anything
Understood. My point is, there are real barriers to using a service like that to scalp. In the end it's a risk vs reward proposition. If you are professional scalper, which no doubt exists, then yeah, I can see those people making the effort to set up the infra to scalp. The question is how many of those professional scalpers are actively cornering the FT market. My guess is not that many.
Oh, that's a great and convincing rationale
Me, I countinously have to explain to people how the world works... :-( (and I try to be civilized, but sometimes it's very difficult )
Another point, professional scalpers usually focus on the biggest returns, and, c'mon, getting 100 USD for each product is not the best ROI in the world (I've already mentioned that it's better to sell drugs or Hot Toys).
Some people asked me about the Ark books, this is the link to the Taobao store that I bought them from: 【现货包邮】变形金刚方舟 G1原画设定集 中文版 2本/套 赠送贴纸-淘宝网
Ignore them bro. You’re doing Gods work
Keep doing what you're doing, my guy. You're giving people who don't or can't shop with Taobao a real leg up.
Agree, some people are never going to be happy with the price even when you'd be doing them a favor.
Stop supporting FT. Stop supporting the CCP!!!
Quit taking candy from children
Exactly. I wouldn’t care if you made money if you give a great deal win win. I just wish I had wanted stomp
Why? I am saving them from future trips to the dentist!!
198 yuan (US$31) seems quite expensive. I got both for 111 yuan (US$17).
If you are a season 1 and 2 fan only, just get book 1 (变形金刚(方舟Ⅰ)). The books are in Chinese and English.
Put these in their respective threads but thought id leave them here also for anyone still looking.
[PRE-ORDER] Fanstoys FT-51 Chomp Skullcruncher FT-26
Fanstoys FT47 FT-47 Rig Huffer
Terry is good ppl
I've had Stomp for years now. I've have those dibots long enough that the chrome is wearing a bit, which I need to look into how to restore. I did discover terrystfclub which is good. I've been comfortable with BBTS, but I guess I need to venture out of my comfort zone to get these figures I want. I did get Chomp and Rig preordered there. Hopefully, it'll work out. Fortunately, I did get the Badcube bugs a couple of years ago for $120 for all three so I ain't even mad about not getting the FT reissue for $570 for all three. Honestly, I did find that Terry had them, but damn that's a lot of money.
Tesla 2.0 is still a hunt in progress. I should have gotten Bandit a while back when he was halfway available. I think all we have experienced recently is going to be a historic nightmare for him as scalpers are foaming at the bit to get that guy with how valuable he'll be.
Quite clearly you should sell them for a loss. Why should a buyer pay the fees you incurred just so they could get a figure cheaper than US retail? They should get the cheap figure and you should pay for that privilege. I don't see why you'd have an issue paying out money to help someone else save a lot of money... oh, wait...
Seriously dude, ignore the idiots that troll the internet. The idea that they should benefit from your knowledge for free, and you pay you own costs, is frankly ridiculous, and anyone who can't see that isn't worth talking to.
I don't remember if I did not find it cheaper, or if I did not find a reliable seller with a cheaper price.
Separate names with a comma.
