    Weird choice for the blue, and I'm not sold on the face sculpts and colour (too light), but it still looks like another solid entry in FT's minibot oeuvre. Definitely does a better job with the lower half of the bot mode than Grump.

    Aside from the hip skirt, this is honestly everything I could ever ask for from an MP Gears. BadCube Grump has been a good Gears for years, but his short arms and unpainted finish always bothered me. Here’s to hoping his transformation is closer to the Huffer side of things than the Jazz side…

    Looks good. Probably the best Gears we’ll ever get. I may be down for 2 so I can actually fool around with this figure. He was my first Transformer and started my Love of them. I can still remember the day my Mom let me get him at Hills.

    Looking great! Every minibot brings them one closer to my boy, but I'm just digging getting 1 or 2 minibots with each batch of releases. Looking forward to this gears later on this year (hopefully) while waiting for cj to arrive soon. It's a good time to be a minibot fan.

    Oh sweet, looks like they added a more accurate Gears face as an option. Now I'll have no reservations about giving up Grump.

    See, sometimes complaining can make a difference (or at least it's possible it made a difference).

    Now if only they could be convinced to give Powerglide a proper chibi alt mode like Gears here...

    Powerglide is fine, you already have a chibi Powerglide, they don't need to screw this one up, too. LOL!

    DX9 Powerglide is good, but FT Powerglide with a chibi alt mode would be better

    Plus inevitably all my other minibots are gonna be FT eventually. It'll be weird having DX9 Powerglide as the lone outlier.

    The only thing (besides his eyes) I can see that might be interpreted that way is the windshield, but that looks like a blue translucent over silver to me.

    Aside from the single piece hip skirt that was pointed out, disappointed with all those faces there isn’t a single toy face, which was the best Gears face IMO.

    really like the feet over Grump’s though, and the shape of the alt mode better.

    also why are they doing that annoying silver/chrome is white on Gears thighs, but actual chrome on Swerve’s? i don’t dislike either, but damn, pick a consistent lane FT.
