    Here is mine:

I've seen others with the same problem, but not as bad. I wrote to Omegalock and got this response: "FT replied unfortunately this was a common issue for every copy of this product. They won't be able to supply the parts for this case."

I mailed FT directly, just in case. They said: "sorry, factory don't have spare part for this."

Looks like FT ran out of paint while painting one side and used a different shade for the other side.

A week into the arrival of my Parkour and I've finally decided to dive into his transformation... Aside from the floppiness on the elbows, and a couple of overtightened screws here and there, I came across this:
    IMG_20230609_144034.jpg

    IMG_20230609_143905.jpg

The screw that's holding that piece is so tight that the tip of the screw is showing on the other side, making it stiff to the point where it does not rotate like it should. Applying force, will break it for sure. (open the first photo, zoom in, and hopefully you'll see it).

On the second photo, it's the screw cover that's blocking the access, in order to free it up a little bit.

Any tips on how to remove it?

I can't find anything small enough that fits in there to remove that cap.

I ruined the legs on my Phantasm trying to get the bloody screw covers off to tighten the screws.

I kinda appreciate the thought of covering the screws, but at least make them easy to get off if you need to

The transformation difficulty of this guy is massively overrated. FansToys has produced far, far worse. I'd take what we got here over Rogue or Koot any day of the week.

If you're going to car mode (for the love of God) connect the two bumper and taillight pieces individually before swinging the halves of the rear chassis together. The official video instructions show it done this way, but a lot of video reviewers opted to try and lock everything together by pushing the four parts into the back of the car. Which is an absolute nightmare to do without pieces popping out of place.

Thumbs up to whoever suggested rotating the head 180 for transformation. Lots more clearance for the face that way.

Great figure, apart from the jank elbows....

Quick update, got a replacement upper leg, got it swapped out and he is rock solid!

The replacement leg I just got came without the screw cover on the thigh, so I pushed on one side of the cover with a plastic spudger until it popped up, then took a thin flat head screwdriver and gently pried it out. No visible damage to it, and it went right in on the new leg!

Finally got around to transforming mine and it wasn't that bad. Hardest bit was tabbing everything in. I removed his head entirely for it so I didn't get any of the scratching I've read about.

I do have the different shades of red on the hood like others have reported, but eh it is what it is.

Looks fantastic next to MP Bee as well, although I wouldn't say no to a Fans Toys version for consistency sake 20230702_170952.jpg

I had the same issue. Even took apart one of the arms to see if it was a screw, and the elbow is a pin joint, so Kiki or Future is the only real option.

So, I got a replacement face through today, but only the face... no helmet.

Removed the head, but there's a problem. I have no idea how to get the old face out. The helmet itself seems to be made of three molded pieces... front, back and (I think) the screw cover; however, that tiny screw cover piece is so tightly inserted, I can't get any purchase on it either with a spudger or my tiniest screwdriver.

    Any ideas?

So that screw cover actually has the notched edge fully exposed on the inside with a little gap that you can use a spudger, tweezers, pin, or blade and with a slight push it comes right out to expose the screw.

MV Steve gave you the right info.

If you're in the US and don't want the old damaged face, I'd love to take it off your hands. :D
