Yep. This rule WILL affect some of US, however. I sell more than $600 of TFs every year… and honestly it’s kind of lame it has to even count as income because I didn’t buy this shit wholesale, it’s MY shit that I’m selling. I had to pay taxes on the income I made to buy it, then sales taxes when I bought it. Now more taxes for selling it. Nobody is more gangster than the IRS.

Hm, I had preordered the is from TFSource way back when (it was the only preorder I could find) for 30 bucks less than it is right now. Hopefully they honor that price, but I’m saving a screenshot of it just in case.

I'm worries this guy won't have a waist swivel, given how far down the Croc head is on his back. But it'll look great on a shelf - those colors are so vibrant.

 

Looking at the pics in the first post it looks to me like it can rotate 70 or 80 degrees before it would hit the croc head, but even if it does get in the way you can just tip it up. Also looking at the way the legs would have to fold up for croc mode it looks like 180 degree waist swivel is part of the transformation.

 

But is he going to suffer from the CNY QC blues....I'd rather FT put out a minibot or something. Or release Hoist, nobody cares about that figure anyways, lol.......I'll probably still grab it though.
