Glad to note the Mangmotion video shows he apparently does still come with the opaque chest (~1:36).

(I'll primarily be using the clear one myself, but will swap out now and again so long as 'tisn't onerous.)

 

Transformation seems more comfortable to perform than XTB's. That's a plus for me. I wonder why neither XTB or FT included the face Perceptor pulled when Rumble was choking him  

 

I stand corrected. It looks like he's a $100 cheaper for a good reason.....or in this case a bad one!

 

He definitely won't be kicking anything with the type of defects we're seeing on him!

This is exactly why I don't like XTB Product's. it's not a good thing when you can't buy with confidence. at least when I purchase a FANSTOYS figure I know exactly what I'm paying for.. QUALITY

 

I think it can flip completely to the backside of the ab section. In the video you can see the ridge to flip it out so I dont think it was removed.

Yeah, we get so many faces, but none of them are grey color.
3 white and 3 greys would be nice. Normal, happy and a angry face. Although i never saw Perceptor getting angry. Or a in problems face.

 

Thanks for mentioning who made the video the one shared here was removed ("This live event is no longer available") by the time I got on and I was able to look it up knowing which channel to go to. EDIT: Does anyone know how to remove the recommended next video late in it? Mangmotion's suggestion thumbnails are covering up the comparison of microscope mode.

It does resolve my only significant complain with Tesla 1.0, the arms collapse to cover up the elbows this time (didn't think to look for it on the pictures before)

My first impression I don't think I saw anything I would call complicated or fiddly in Tesla's transformation.

While I appreciate that the thin bar in Tesla's thigh isn't as exposed as Janssen's during transformation it does still worry me depending on the materials used there.

Definitely like FT's IDW head better. The dark area around the eyes on XTB look bad to me (I have no idea which is more accurate).

Obviously it transforms with the IDW head, and it looks to me like the toy head shouldn't have an issue, but I might be wrong.

 

Looks like a lot of paint chipping issue with it though. That said, the alternative is a broken leg, so I'll take paint scratching any day over a broken leg like the XTB version.

 

The videos always seem to feature "used" prototypes, see my comments on the RP-01 thread about Ravage.

 

I hate that, too. I read up on it a while ago. There doesn't seem to be any way to get rid of them in the android app, but there may be if you're watching in a browser.

 

If you can track down and setup (quite complicated...) 'YouTube Vanced' on Android they can be turned off.
