Well, pipes suck. I will not get any of those obscure, 1-second of airtime-minibots either.

 

I think Pipes looks incredible even if he is an obscure character. I love the arm cannons look! He’s probably the coolest looking minibot Fanstoys has done (or is doing). I just think he looks awesome.

 

Out of stock again, but Show-Z has had this fluctuating a lot over the past 6 months so if you missed out, keep checking.

I'm still sore that last year I finally bit on this, used a pretty sweet Show-Z coupon, and then less than a month later it went on sale for less than what I paid. Coupon wasted, and overpaid even so. Grrr.

 

Joined the Thomas club the other day. I got curious as to the shuttle size in relation to a few others I own so I went digging for a comparison photo.

 

He is the least aerodynamic lol

Oh, I so want Thomas in G1 toy colours...

 

I want a reissue with the few issues it has ironed out.

 

Full disclosure - not a FT fan.

I picked up Thomas b/c Astrotrain is one of my favorite characters and I didn't like the paneled look of the DX9 one (also b/c their train mode looks like a soda can on wheels).

Got Thomas yesterday and I'll post pics later, but I enjoy the heft, then transformation is somewhat fun, and he looks sleek, not really like DX9's version. I think I'm really going to enjoy this one.

 

Seeing this pic makes me hope that we will get Berserk soon and a FTs Version of Octane.

 

I have one up on BST. I am only asking what I paid for it plus shipping.

 

Hopefully a black and white version will come.

 

I'd personally like a better version of all three. They're all okay and fill the slots, but none is particularly good. They're all clumsy and clunky in one way or another, and all have a mode in which they look weak.

 

+1 I was waiting for a G1 toy colour or a G1 japanese toy colour (white & black), but unfortunately it never comes. I hope an other 3rd party will come in the game for a new version of Astrotrain. Or why not (we can dream) a takara version, instead of doing a Skids that we don't care about.
