Obviously we've seen it from day one, but it's crazy how well this guy changes shape. An incredibly well proportioned bot mode to two different tube shaped alt modes with almost no extra kibble. It's honestly as magical as seeing Unique Toys peru kill for the first time with its mass shifting. This a bit more subtle but still mind blowing when you really focus on the pictures. So excited for this guy.

Such great customer service, that Ive not gotten any responses when emailing them with order number and everything over their ko mp-44 not shipping to me, even though I paid in full first day of preorders. I'm never buying from them again.

 

Had something similar with them. Never got a response from him when trying to get a replacement part for my FT Beachcomber. Thankfully, Fans Toys themselves got in touch with me about an hour or two after I first contacted them and boom, just gotta wait a couple more weeks and i'm set. Though nothing to really jeopardize using him as a secondary pre-order site, though he was never anywhere i'd buy anything in bulk anyway.

Astrotrain was one of my favourite G1 figures and I still have him along with several others from the good old days. Really appreciate it if someone could share info where to find Thomas, I couldn’t commit to pre ordering and I’ve been off work since March due to covid, but I managed to gather up enough funds from my recent birthday and I’d love to have this guy ! If you want a sure-thing on a few, you could PO Fans Toys Berserk and Outrider with The Chosen Prime, as they have them up and are accepting POs. Who knows when they’ll actually be released, but I think those and maybe Spindrift 2.0 are the only ones up for PO that you’re likely going to be able to PO. Everything else upcoming (Smokey) — sold out.

 

Man, really sorry to hear of the job situation, hope things turn around real soon for you! As with all recent FT’s you’ll be sure to secure an order for the reissue at least when it comes around, so there’s hope there. I just looked at my ShowZ preorder for this guy, the end of the month will be a year since I preordered him holy shit...

I had my G1 Astrotrain for a mere few weeks in the early 90’s when my little bitch of a cousin decided to steal and hide it from me when we visited one day. I’ve never had another because the hurt was still too real lol...
