I agree. The proportions seem off. Not squat and bulky. Kinda like their Seaspray to a new level. He looks too heroic in the wrong way.

Beachcomber is looking real nice, I especially hope for a G2 deco. But there’s one thing I’m really hoping I’d considered at some point. Where are the animals? X-Transbots May have not made a fun BC but their accessories were plentiful. All the birds could be placed on making some great display options. This looks like it’s lacking some. And the animals in this one look like they’re from a different thing or are fake.

Both of these guys look fantastic!

Looks like I'll be selling off my Brawny once FT's version gets released.

Yeah, they're the kind that you can buy for $1 in a plastic bag at the museum giftshop.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. And it worries me.
    Maybe. If someone cares enough.

Beachcomber is not bad, but I’m not convinced to replace Arkrose just yet.

But I’m not sold on Brawn. The proportions are way off the cartoon model. His head is too small and he looks too stretched out. He also kinda looks like he has 2 feet for each of his feet.

I'd like to know if Brawn will have translucent windows in vehicle mode...currently they seem opaque.

Thankfully this was revealed before Arkose's re-issue was released, because now I know that FT's will be worth the wait.

Brawn could do with a little bigger head. My only criticism on Beachcomber is his shoulder wheels need to be marginally bigger. Dune buggies always have much bigger rear wheels than the front. I know that you can't go to large just because of proportions..but they should be a little bigger at least.

Pretty much. FT has been letting me down in the design department recently. Arkose may be a gnarly transformation but he's spot on in bot mode. And nothing about this Brawn makes me want to ditch Brawny, though he's not perfect either. I'll keep an eye on FT Brawn just in case but this feels inessential so far,

Man Brawn looks TERRIBLE. Arms and legs are way too skinny and those knee joints...

Becasue it doesn’t look like they’ll be included as accessories. Although I hope they consider it.

    Ahhhhh, gotcha.

Honestly I don't expect any animals to come packaged with him, but I'd be happy to be proven wrong.

Yeah. And honestly it’d be a good sell. Not to mention it was relevant to his episode.
