no one cause its unlikely this would release within the next 2 years.
When FT makes their own Unicron I'll get both
I just want the head robot. No way could I justify the whole figure, but I do want a Fortress to go with my other Headmaster bots.
If it's legitimately the size the pic with Hoodlum suggests, and if its actual prototype ends up looking the business, there's no way I'm not getting one.
Nope this is true MP. Cerebros being MP scale in accordance to MP-10 proves the point. Do you expect the head to be MP-01 height?
MP cars will be able to be displayed in its alt-mode also.
Fan made scale charts are irrelevent here as robot mode. Scale wise no robot is completely accurate to the cartoon especially measured in TOY scale which is completely different. I look at what matches the best to each toy line. The larger the bot the more feasible they have to make it.
In the cartoon we've seen smaller bots (than Roddy pictured) look taller than that next to Metro, Tryticon & Fort Max etc.
They said a little over 3.5 feet tall at the event.
Just woken up from a day long sesh and thought someone was taking the piss.
Im actually more psyched we're actually getting an MP Cerebros to go with Maketoys (as long as they do alternate heads). But
I guess we can expect a child sized Scorponok too!
But Fort Max is too small for MP scale.
Not true and I actually showed substance why in my message. These are Toys not real robots.
I need a transforming turtle. Eff yo bovines!
I thought about doing the same, but there is no way I'll be able to rest knowing that there is a huge body I can connect the head to and I don't have it.
What the fuck
Ok now I have to choose between this and a new motorbike. I think the price will be more or less the same
Doesn't Fortress Maximus have a third mode? Is it shown?
Robot, city, and spaceship
Ok. So he’s pretty big.
To put that into perspective, Lewin Prime is around 73 cm when standing straight up and down (A little surprised no one else has taken this pic actually):
And to give an idea of just how big we are talking:
Yes, that’s ToyWorld Constructor standing on Lewin Primes shoulders and by my measurement (which was admittedly tricky to do without it all crashing down) that’s roughly 111-112cm to the top of Devy’s head.
Yep, pretty big.
Better pics and a tape measure behind Devy’s head.
I’m just shy of 6 foot and this contraption comes up to the bottom of my rib-cage. Tall indeed.
Not something I had ever expected to see, because it will be too big for many collector, will be very expensice to just buy and no doubt incredibly expensive to ship.
But he looks prety darn good.
I've always been a fan of Fort Max, but it's the Marvel interpretation and size, that I'm a fan of. For MP scale that would be slightly bigger than Grimlock, thus Phoenix sized. (And honestly, for my collection Phoenix was already too big and so would a Fort Max that size). All in all, impressive that FT is saying they're going to make this, it's looking very good, and but it's most definitely not for in any way.
(But those who buy this will have something very impressive in their collection.)
A year or two, realistically just over two knowing all the bots on their schedule.
That's 15 and if you figure one a month plus repaints or reissues and surprise releases I think it's safe to say two years.
Thats for Metroplex and Trypticon...
