One more with G1 Air Raid. This time in their jet modes:
TfSource had mine delivered by friday. Iceman is very impressive. I have not had any issues with my yet and have converted it multiple times now.
I know the drill ... but with Sheridan they weren’t this bad and I’ve been burned these past few Co-vid months with overseas shipping bs so I’m sticking Stateside for the time being ... that ShowZ $22 mark-up bs is not something I want to be a part of ...
I transformed mine back to bot mode today to check on the panel hinges, and everything was AOK on mine. I went from jet to bot in about 5 minutes. Not as bad as the first time from bot to jet, once you know how everything folds and where it goes.
Showz's shipping cost has been reduced to $12 for this item currently for USA delivery. Given ShowZ grand total vs BBTS' grand total (which includes sales tax plus $4 standard shipping), the price difference is under $10. But I see what you mean.

ShowZ now has a new free shipping option if you're willing to wait 20-30 days for delivery (instead of the usual 10-15 days pre-pandemic).

Dude amazing pictures.wow that is amazing.
Thank you very much!
Nice. Reminds me of when Bruticus was seen standing next to the Combaticons in 5 Faces, same height.
Only if that piece behind his nosecone could move and fold away on top or beneath the cone.
Then we could fan mode waist swivel without his nosecone sticking out so much.
I wonder how the arm bots will transform.
I think they will have Superions arm bend and swivel tucked in their belly.
If this is true, where does their arms go when they go into jet mode?
Just curious, will fanstoys be rereleasing the first two figures from this set anytime soon?
Sometimes, that's a good thing. It does seem that those ghst get their FT first and/or from china, encounter the bulk of the latest QC issues and those that get there's later as part of the second half of the first batch have no problems. My last few FT I got a few weeks later than all the reviewers and people reporting QC an mine were all good. Blurred is fine and the shin parts that people were reporting have no clearance and are breaking, move just fine and everything has clearance and tabs. My Sheridan has no issues with the knees and TFSourse still sent me 2 screws just in case. My Iceman is on the way from TFSource so I don't know on that one just yet but TFSource has never let me down. I get nearly all my 3rd party from them. They may get their stock a week or two later, but QC issues are rare. I suspect it's just the early part of a batch that has problems. Just be patient. It usually pays off.
They will probably just collapse to the sides.
Good question. Roadking got a reissue 9 months after his initial release.
I don’t like the fragile nosecone tip on Goose.
Are you bashing your figure against the wall?
Its pretty strong for tiny piece that is necessary for accuracy.
Iceman has amazing sculp and paint as usual. But it's so disheartening to me that it's hampered by such glaring flaws like lack of deep elbows and knees bend and waist rotation.
Even if we ignore the waist rotation issue.... Is it really THAT difficult for FT to give him above 90 degree elbow and knees bend?
It's such a disturbing trend of their figures continue to have less than ideal articulation. It's like maybe the guy who designed Roadking left the team or something.
Mine fell and the little tip broke off
Seeing as how most Chinese retailers get their FT products a couple weeks after NA retailers do, the Chinese retailers' copies are from the 2nd batches with bugs already worked out. I've experienced this quite a bit.
