I really like that. That Blaster would make for a good "accessory"in a MP diorama.
It's also only like $20
I just got this (non-transformable) one on order from ebay (by itself). It's from a Transformers/ GI Joe crossover toy. Looks to be a size between the Blaster from MP-25's Tracks and that one (MP-49 Emitter). I think it'll also scale pretty well with Transformers, whereas the one with Tracks better scales with humans like Raoul.
Sold. Going to go track one down.
The good thing here is just about every size Blaster weather it's from a full size MP figure all the way down the the one included with Tracks is going to have somewhere to go in a display thanks to mass shifting.
That does look good as well. I'm assuming it's from one of the SDCC packs correct? It would be nice if there was a suitable size Preceptor available but I cant think of one.
Those are the sort of things I imagine a 3D printer being really fun for!
Yeah, it's from this: SDCC 2013: G.I. Joe vs. Transformers set revealed! - JoeBattleLines
I just found out about it on TF wiki. Yeah, can't seem to find a tiny Perceptor anywhere.
Speaking of which, there is a Perceptor on Shapeways, but it's unpainted and needs assembly. I think it transforms?
Not my pic, but this is the one that sold me in a legends thread.
Iceman is coming out in april and Magnum in may.
Seems like Fanstoys swapped the order in which the figures are coming out? Since their Roadking and Spoiler came before the first 2 Aerialbots.
It's fine by me, I'm not collecting their Stunticons.
Pretty sure Maverick was out before spoiler. It has gone: - RK, Mav, Spoiler, Goose so far.
I think that’s what he meant...
What's the facepalm emoji symbol again...? Followed by the embarrassed one?
Ha my bad.
Wasn't ethereon actual the first one unveiled, though? I seem to recall being disappointed when roadking came out first. Not that I'm not getting those, too, just Superion means more to me.
@dalianjj I'm very excited for the upcoming figures, however I'm a bit worried because I've never seen Iceman rotate his waist.
Can you please confirm if we will have any waist rotation for Iceman?
Think you should be ok. The only figure I know of by FT that doesn't have waist rotation is Phoenix.
That's not quite true.
Rouge has no waist rotation.
Phoenix can actually rotate a small amount but you have to untab the waist.
Maverick has a very limited degree of rotation
Koot's waist untabs after a certain degree.
Goose cannot rotate to a certain, desirable posing position.
Spotter's side flaps prevent rotation when allowing side leg movement.
Quietus pelvis is pushed out when rotating the waist, such in turn limits the rotation somewhat.
Swoop has to lift his pterodactyl head up when he rotates his waist, although I like this solution.
Fanstoys has an unfortunate history of waist rotation issues, although none as bad as Rouge.
Local friend sent me maverick to fix the loose red bits on the side lol i swear to god. Thanksfully i handled one copy before so transformed without even bat an eye at the manual. But need advice on how to tighten those 2 red bits and also loose heelspurs
I myself am planning to add future floor polish to the joint a few times, letting dry in between, and see.
Haha planning to do that too but my futute polish bottles batch hasnt come yet so im still scratching my head here. Was going to use super glue but i dont want to damagr the paint job , he will skin me alive
i wouldnt use superglue for this type. If cant wait, how about a cheap liquid paper glue from a dollar store, one which doesnt have too much strength to glue things permanently, only act as a barrier for movement. Or probably better, from a model store, a surface finisher, mat or gloss, whichever they have, wont glue things permanently.
i see i see
