They look OK. Compared to MT, the aesthetic is a bit too plain or austere. I need a bit more detail.

And a lot more complexity, the beast formers are a lot easier in general so there’s no reason to make them simple.

Just curious if you know the difference between a render and a prototype? This is clearly a grey prototype.

I would love to see a Prime out of this but I don't think it will happen. Glad for Fansproject version

Was sort of hoping by the name that it'd be a Sharkticon or Allicon :p

I'm not really into Rebirth characters, but sign me up if there's an Optimus Prime repaint. I need it for my Silly Things collection... to go with FP's Positum...

P.S. Thanks to whoever it was who told me THAT thing existed, I had no idea it did. Now it's sitting on my desk looking awesomely ridiculous.
P.P.S. You guys are a bunch of enablers :p

Good observation. I agree. Maybe FT will include the working stat feature in these new Headmasters of theirs?

So now the only missing number in the FT line to be filled in is FT-29?

Really? I think the Titans Return head sculpt is basically perfect (unless that's what you're saying - I'm used to seeing best-to-worst so I might have misread that the first time). With some better engineering and less hollow joints, an oversized Titans Return Skullcruncher would be pretty much perfect as a Masterpiece figure, I think.
I don't have any real problem with the head sculpt FansToys have made here, but at least officially, Masterpiece has only been going for the 100% cartoon accurate look since Inferno (and debatably Ironhide or even Shockwave). The majority of the line is still a blend of cartoon, toy and real-world vehicle (or other object).

I'm surprised FT is continuing the Headmasters road. I thought Lupus wasn't a real hit. I think like a real nice toon accurate MP Wheeljack will be much more populair. *Wink wink*
I'm just not ready for Headmasters. I do slowly begin to look for a MP Blitzwing. *Wink wink again*

Skullcruncher and Mindwipe before Rodimus Prime? Nice that we get new stuff from FT but seriously, why not make the main characters first?

Probably because Rodimus is already covered off in MP-09 & DX9 Carry and hotrod in Mp28. You may not like those versions but it sure means a portion of the market is already spoken for.

MP09 is hardly available, and the Quality is what it is even if you could find one.
Carry is nice but hardly fits with MP class.
And Tyrant didnt stop them from doing Sovereign either...

And MP28 is just not Rodimus, sizewise alone.

Still tempted to get reissue Carry, but thinking how he would fit ....

Also one more thought, I am tempted to get Hoodlum when he arrives, and that kind of takes the wind from Carry as well.
Two different molds so dont know how they would go together on the same display...

Kinda just disappointed not to get Galvatron's enemy from FT :/

I had the exact reservations with Carry but he's so good he's just on a different shelf to MP09. MP09 is up with magnus and Kup, Carry is with Wreckgar, blaster and blurr. If anyone saw my collection they would think Hotrod/Rodimus is my favourite but I promise he's not, I just like some figures with their alt mode.

MP09 in bot, MP09 in camper, MP09 as hot rod vehicle.. Mp28 bot and alt & then Carry.
