Only reason I had opened mine was to check the figure and make sure there were no issues. As others have noted,wrists feel looser..left more so than right.

I dont have mine in front of me and I'm out of town, but if I recall, you want to half transform it where the cockpit starts lifting up. Wonder if Paik4Life's video would show it...?

That looks like it's from the Styrofoam packaging doing something to the paint. Either it went in wet or tacky or perhaps (?) it can be buffed off?

 

I haven't tried any thing "harsh" yet... I've only tried a wet towel for now, and it has not come off. Not sure if I want to pursue something more and ruin a $260 figure. It's on both sides actually. I'm not totally critical about it, but just something that is kind of odd.

Yeah, it definitely has the pattern of the styrofoam. No where else does it appear of the figure or any part of the other red painted areas. Just the top of those 2 leg vents. Very weird.

Paint was not fully dry when packaged, contact FT for replacement part.

 

Yeah I'd ask for FT's for new ones and when it's coming, you could try some car paste or buffing compound. Just be gentle, it might come right out. If not, someone painted theirs a little ways back and said they're pretty easy to get off so you can swap them easily if you get new ones. His post was pretty complete so might be worth looking at for the "how to".

 

As mentioned in a few prior posts try NuFinish car polish. It took out the same condition on my Gigapower's Grassor head.

The figure itself is amazing, both the paint and the coating are spot on. My only complaint is probably that both wrists are very floppy, and it would probably be hard to put him in some kind of dinamic pose, holding his gun. Other than that, i absolutely love it, and mine's #43 i believe.

 

His head doesn't have to be untabbed but the backpack does. You want to lift both the head and backpack at the same time to untab without breaking.

I had Phoenix drop into my POL last Thursday. I was waiting on Mezco Homecoming Spider-Man to arrive and he did so I submitted them to ship my POL yesterday. I was a later preorder, I picked up a cancellation just after Christmas. I did notice they changed the listing from arriving in March to arriving in April. So they must be waiting on the rest of their stock to come in.

 

Funny though.
