Same here, the rest of him is so amazing, the dino mode is fantastic so is the robot mode, that's what makes that ugly face so glaring, that and the fact that it isn't accurate to anything, toy, comic, cartoon or box art. I would gladly pay $20 for a new toon accurate head/face.

 

If nothing else I'm now thinking about sorting out LED strip-lighting for my display.

God it's really happening

 

Stomp is a high-point in an already excellent line. It's taken a long time, but it's been so worth it!

 

Really liking the pictures people are putting up of the gang all together. Looking forward to getting mine sometime next week (hopefully).

 

Oh wow, I didn't realize Stomp was taller than Sever and Scoria.

That's pretty good to know. If Gigapower never gets to do their's, it means I can just get Stomp and it'll fit in.

 

Hey Malware, looks like that side-by-side shot you wanted of Stomp and Sever didn't show up for some reason. Here it is:

 

Oh, wow, he's a big boy isn't he? MP-08 is going to be feeling woefully inadequate after this. Even Scoria may be borderline.

 

Even though they are all the same size in the toon for me it works the way fanstoys did them. Soar the smallest, Scoria being alittle taller, Sever even taller still. Stomp and Grimlock being around the same height.

 

Wow! This guy is huge! Can't wait. They have been slowly increasing the size of these guys. I like the trend. But now I definitely need a larger scoria.

Scoria just has short man syndrome and that's why he is so angry all the time.

 

I like the new hip design, not loose like Scoria.

 

Yeah, my body definitely was not ready for the shock of this massive behemoth. You can see how he creates earthquakes when he "stomps". Like I said in an earlier post, the need for Grinder is now more apparent than ever. I still think Scoria is A-OK though.

Word. I like how they size up too. Although I do hope Stomp is half a head or so taller than Grinder as to me he should be the largest Dinobot.

I think Slag's original design made him shorter to account for his big Dino head behind his bot head. If he was the same height as the other Dinobots he would appear too tall with that above his bot head. So I think his height is just right as FT made him.

Really diggin' Stomp. Can't praise him and the amazing work FT did enough. You guys who will be getting him this week are in for a "big" treat.
