    Hey guys, does anyone know how to reach them? The Facebook page seems pretty dead, so does their website, and the guy I saw listed as a representative (@dalianjj) hasn't been online since feb '21

    Sent an email, but no reply either

    State your concern. Attach a picture(s). Include your shipping address. They will respond eventually. Just don't expect them to respond in 1-3 days. It's just a waiting game as with any other 3P company. If it is a recent release, you should get the replacement parts in a few weeks after they respond (shipping fee might be requested). If it's an old figure, can't help you there.

    When did you e-mail them? Remember to take into account that they are in China so their 9-5 is our 7pm-3am

    Oh, just yesterday, I just got slightly concerned when I noticed how poorly maintained all the other methods of communication were, so I wanted to make sure nothing had changed

    Yep it works. I contacted them recently about a Phoenix replacement part and they took about 48 hours to get back so you’ll be good

    Yeah... And like I said in the OP, that lists their abandoned facebook page, their nonexistent website, the forum member who hasn't logged since february, and the support mail I already contacted...
