Where is Minerva?

 

Yeah pretty quirky and imaginative naming. I had figured out where CODE came from but not the others.

Good question, Fansproject Function-X releases all reference the G1 wave 1 headmasters (Chromedome, Brainstorm, Mindwipe, Weirdwolf, Skullcruncher) only so not sure when the other smaller headmasters will be done if at all. Minerva was based on Nightbeat which was the smaller headmasters.

 

I will bet when you see the final painted version, and the pre order is sold out you will regret that statement.

Yes, back into the preordering game for me, I'd been waiting patiently on MP-13 and my Artfires for awhile! I got X2 & X3 through BBTS. Since they'd sold out of X1 preorders, I got that done through TFSource, and it's a shame they've ran out of the Armoured Battalion; I would have grabbed that to ship at the same time.

Oh well, I've staggered my transactions doing things that way, so I can still console myself by finally getting, say FP Assaulter to round out my POL and give some serious thought to some MMC, Takara Generations, MP and Encore.

Just added both of these to my mile long list of preorders. 2013 is like an entire year of Christmas mornings for me lol.

 

I love them so much! I like how they went for Headmasters anime head design for Brainstorm' headmaster.
Smart Robin is an anagram for Brainstorm...Still a strange namechoice? yes.
Quadruple U...Again still a strange name choice.

 

I take back what I said about going through TFS and stacking orders. Turns out you have to pay in advance for that. Might as well go with CP then.

 

Cp may not carry which is why I went TFSource.

 

Maybe Jizai came up with the names. It fits what I think is his quirky personality (just a hunch, I know nothing about the guy).

 

I'm still disappointed they used the Headmasters cartoon look for Brainstorm. Hey Headrobots, make a replacement for me, k?

Silly names but they make sense. Besides why waste effort making up a new name when we're just going to be calling them try their Transformer names anyway?

 

Didn't they carry Code? Asking because I don't know.

I hate robotkingdom more and more for each day, for fudging up their relationship with FP. We really need to start making a fuss about it, so maybe something happens.

 

If I can't get them all, I won't get any. I might as well preorder the two available, but if Code doesn't come back in stock, I'll cancel them.

 

That's not true. You don't pay for anything until it arrives and you want to ship. You have the option to pay if you want. When you go through the preorder process, it looks like you are buying, but you actually aren't. It just goes to your stack.

 

The lack of a face plate on Smart Robin is ok by me. Both pre-ordered!

 

Well thats that, X2 and X3 preordered and order stacked with Bovis from TFS. Bring on the Trickticons   .

Nice, preordered. I was never a huge fan of Headmasters as a kid but FP stuff offers quite a bit of fun in their figs so I don't expect to be disappointed.
