Actually, it's been said there are no plans at all for any repaints.

We aren't even sure if the trailer release may be accompanied by a rerelease of Steelcore, or if some trailers would include a Steelcore.

Sword was apparently too tight a fit in Steelcore's hand... Tried pulling it out... ripped the hand off instead! ;_;

So fair warning... Shave down the hilt of the sword if you want Steelcore to wield it... or just don't give it to him. >_<

 

UGH :/ FPC seems to hate me, despite being one of the first to sign up, I never get any announcements, and I've missed both Steelcore offerings.

Was REALLY hoping a 2nd run, or a repaint, would see a wider release, I'd like to own this guy :/

looks pretty awesome, except for the last picture. something similar happened to mine too, except mine didn't break that way. The fist seemed to just fall out of its socket.

Yeah I've found a lot of the 5mm weapons are just a smidge too big for his hand to comfortably fit.

Hmm...I'll have to check mine when I get home. I have him holding iGear Ironhide's BFG. It's pretty snug, but I've never forced it in or out.

 

You can put any weapon you want in his hand. Just make sure if its snug instead yanking hold the fist and gently twist the weapon while pulling up on it and it'll come out without breaking you fist off. I weep for those who have broken hands.

 

Yep, that's what I do: a gentle twisting motion.

 

For me I think the cool has faded on Steel Core now. I wanted it so much but so much time has passed. It just seems weird that FansProject passed up such an opportunity.

I'm sure they'll release another batch when the trailer comes out. I mean, how many times has City Commander been re-released since it first showed up? Have hope! If they want a sustainable product in the trailer, they'd have to release Steelcore again.

I'm sorry to see this happened to you! I did the same thing a few weeks back, but I was able to save my Steelcore.

I put the sword from Beast Hunter's Prime in his hand, and at first, it felt fine, but then the sword came to a hault, and when twisting the hilt to remove it, it kept twisting and warping due to the cheap plastic used in the sword.

Eventually, the sword hilt broke off in his hand. I tried several different things to try and remove the hilt...tried using pins, and wedges, and a screwdriver...ultimately nothing was able to remove the hilt from inside the hand, and I was terrified of breaking the hand.

I ended up using drill bits to slowly drill through the plastic and break it up enough to be pushed out...rescuing my Steelcore from damage.

Hopefully you can fix it!
