Isn't that why they named the G2 set "Kausality" instead of "Causality"? All the Ks and Os are larger and highlighted on the packaging.

i finally got this set today and it is perfect best menasor so far

 

This is a bit of a feeler of sorts - I think I'm ready to let go of my set. I think it's complete with all boxes/instructions and includes the full DMY Quarter Mile kit. The only catch is I think the Dragstrip figure is broken in its original form (sorry, I can't really remember what was broken - the DMY Quarter Mile kit fixed it so I never looked back). I haven't really thought about price, but I am vaguely aware of the inflated value of the DMY Quarter Mile kit. If someone here has been looking for the entire set with the upgrade and wants to tempt me enough to break it down to sell, send me a message and we can go from there. Otherwise, if I get to a point where I break it down on my own and sort out the exact condition and what's missing (if anything), it'll likely get parted out in a more official manner.

 

Has A3U said anything about another run of the other G2 Stunticons?

I was about to post this. About time!

 

Oh man is that ugly but oh so radically 80's!

 

For sure picking up Petrol, probably not gonna go for the full set though since $50+ a bit steep for the carbots.

 

I preordered the entire set when they dropped Petrol at TFCon 2 and half years ago. I may leave them MIB after all this time.

 

I went in on two sets. One to display loose in bot mode, one to display carded/boxed. That's in addition to my 2.5 sets of the originals.

 

Just ordered g2 dragstrip. Before christmas, i got to play with him and deadend before shipping to a friend, they're great.

Unfortunately I can't get dead-end from the same seller as dragstrip anymore. I'd hope for a rerun.

 

I'd be tempted to buy re-issues of the leg-bots in the original colors, with the revised molding that allows them to peg on to the shins like this:

 

I see the G2 Petrol was at TFcon.

Any idea when Ages 3 And Up are shipping these out?

Uh, yeah. It's a real pic of how the G2 versions of the molds work, if that's what you're asking. The G2 ones are not PURE repaints, they can do this, but the original release can't. I'd love if my G1-colors set could.

Just run another batch of the two leg-bots, with the revised molding, but the original colors...

(it also seems the leg bots in G2 colors could use another run)
