I'm pretty sure 99% of us DO care, though. Getting them canned over this would be bad for many, many fans.

RSP is in the shithole for making crappy product and being a total douche on several occasions, something FP has yet to do. This one incident doesn't bring them anywhere NEAR the clusterfuck of incompetence that is RSP. They don't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence, frankly.

It seems you won't be able to preorder this probably. It looks like this Henkei version is not a wide release, only limited to Japan. So unless you live there, it'll cost you more to get then the TFCon version, as one store's preorder price in US currency was $155! Thats before shipping to anywhere. If you don't have a Powered Commander, get a TFCon version while the prices are low, since they will go back up again after everyone realizes the whole wide release was not true at all probably.

Ya, I guess we did :)  I apologize if I said anything that offended you. There's no reason for us to be attacking each other. We are all fans and we should all try to be friends or at least try to get along. Again, I apologize.

As of the time of my post it's roughly 4:40PM Hong Kong time.

FansProject can choose not to say anything more to clarify the situation and just go ahead with the Henkei kit plans. The ball's pretty much in their court since TFcon's statement.

Yes, FansProject has some things they need to state to fans, that everyone is wondering. How ever, there have been some answers in front us, which we didn't bother to look at.

    Wide release -
Kapow toys reported the news first. They didn't say they got the news from FansProject. So I assume from a secondary source? And wide release? BBTS is the first to usually put up preorders of FansProject's items. Henkei Commander is due this month, and only one site we know off hand had preorders, thats Kapow Toys? Is this really a wide release?

    Price -
So original post states the price for this "wide release" will be cheaper than the secondary market. Kapow has listed their preorder at £87.99, which is $134 CAD roughly. With shipping and maybe customs to Canada, easily $175 CAD at the least. So this makes it more expensive then buying at TFCon.

    Preorder -
Looking for preorder sites, I only found a couple Japanese retailers taking preorders, thanks to another member. So besides these Japanese retailers, Kapow is the only one outside of Japan to have preorders up for Henkei Commander. One Japanese retailer's preorder was around $155 US when converted. Finding a way to get it out of Japan, and to your country, easily over $200 US. Kapow's preorder has closed. So if you want a Henkei Commander, these Japanese retailers are the ones to goto at the moment. Due to this, it makes this version limited as well until BBTS, TFSource, or another North American retailer put them up. And with this version set for release this month, they better hurry. :)

Venksta brings up a very good point. If there are no pre-orders up on TFSource or BBTS then how is this possibly a wide release? Those guys always have the FP stuff up for pre-order before anyone and yet nothing.

    wow 82 pages

its cool to hear they are mixing it up and making changes to the toy so they will look different. And thus my big issue is dropped.
