Also I still find it lol-worthy that edited/“censored” shots of Nicee can’t be posted, but these painted-on-thongs-and-tubetops ladies get passes.

 

With Fansproject seemingly out of business, the number available is decreasing

Comera is especially difficult to get (tfsource still has quite a few Echara)

As for why these get a pass but Nicee doesn't...

Aye. I know all about Nicee’s “extra content,” haha. Just think it’s funny we can’t post tasteful/“censored” images of her. Why not keep the crotch area or some such out of view? Etc.

These ladies have painted on tube tops/bra’s and panties/thongs on. They also have very visible, cylinder-like moving breasts. Super weird.

 

Hello everybody! I just got a Echara and sadly the ankle was way too tight and broke off and now Im trying to fix it but have no idea how to. Also I would love to be able to have it still transform. Can anybody help?

Managed to score one off eBay, minus a box

Has all her weapons. Those ankles do NOT appear to be moving at all. Is just some silicone oil sufficient or is dissembling and sanding down the the ball joints more recommended?

Will Me, Slash get those when me grow up?
Not sure that's how that works.

 

if they're already locked up disassembly is definitely not an option, you'd only break them.

 

Guess I'll just leave for now until I get some oil

 

I was going through my stuff in the basement and found all my FP Dinobots. I had no idea that the ankles broke. I never had a problem with mine... now I’m afraid to take them out of their boxes.

 

A liberal amount of silicone grease got her ankles moving again, my take further methods to reinforce them, but will still be gentle with them



Hey babe, you ever been to Risa?

 

One of her hip ratchets now feels a bit loose.

Took her apart, looks like there is a small tab the hip gear move against, and one of them wore down a bit.

She still stands and leg doesn't flop around, but there's a bit of play to it instead of a sturdy click.

Not sure what a fix for that would be.

Any ideas?

Are these two available anywhere? I only just found out they exist and, true to my luck, they've sold out on every store I can think of. Just wondering if there was somewhere I missed.

 

Pretty much gone at most sellers.

I just want to jump in and reaffirm what quite a few people have said: the preventive stuff like lubing the joints are all great, but the Legos-trick ended up being such a simple fix, with such effective results, that I’d recommend just going for it. In this case, carving her up is the best, least-stressful option. Sooner or later, those OG joints are going to catch and the feet are going to peel off.

Often, when I have to perform a fix or modification to one of my figures, I have a tendency to never mess with it again, regardless of the results. In this case however, I completely forget that I even did it— my Comera just functions better and I’m not constantly worried about her ankles locking up and snapping.

 

I'm looking for them too. I found an Amazon listing for Echara so I ordered it and hopefully it's the right figure. Can't find Comera to save my life.
