The trend I have been noticing with Fans Project is that they take 'ugly' looking toys into AWESOME looking huge robots. So, that being said, I can see them taking Universe Galvatron and making him in to a super awesome version of Galvatron since a lot of people have disliked the Universe Galvatron. Me personally, I think he's an okay figure.
No offense but no ROTF add-ons that's just like someone said "polishing a turd..." fansproject wants to actually make stuff the majority of people actually want to buy. I think the classics galvatron is a good idea but i don't see how they are going to make it look somewhat like the original my best bet is starting over.
A proper RotF Elita 1 would be good. Also the RotF Constructicon's we've missed + kit to make all the existing ones combine together.
Thinking of something other than whats been suggested already. An upgrade to make the upcoming Generations Blurr more Blurr-like. Also how about a spiffy Pretender shell for the upcoming Skullgrin.
I think if FP were to do Galvatron they should start from scratch, Uni Galvatron is just to much of a mess, I wouldn't mind seeing power master prime but I don't think its very likely, it would be like doing CC over again, I guess if they went more for it looking like godbomber/apex armour combined as well it could work. I know this would have massivly limited apperal really but a darkwing to go with botcon dreadwind with a weapons down grade kit for dreadwing as well (to take out/fill in the holes all of jetfires weapons use). It does have repaint value as one of the other micromaster that was in the set with micromaster treadbolt and as pre war starscream who worked with jetfire.

Generic weapon packs that could be used on ANY figure with 5mm fists from ANY line would be awesome. Maybe WfC style generics that could be used on any of the 4 WfC figures like in the actual game.
simple the only things i realy what are some decent looking null rays for the seekers man those bulky things look terreble, though it must have enough for each seeker fire sword for grimlock classics and maybe a head master for cybertron metroplex to turn him into fortress maximuss
the galvatron and targetmasters would be a godsend. They need to do have someone for Roddy, springer and magnus to square off against. Targetmasters I think would just sell loads, I'd buy several of each, at least. Besides that, I think homages that Hasbro are unlikely to do should be fun. The previously mentioned Twintwist, Topspin figures. How about Cloudraker and Fastlane? Wingspan and Pounce? Some of the more gimicky characters that wouldn't be high up on the designers lists.
I figure, some kind of galvatron upgrade or figure has to be in the works. they even made promo art with his shadow. plus, fansproject seems to have a thing for the 86 movie. that being said, as much as I don't like some of the movie designs, it would not be a bad idea for fansproject to diversify. also, keeping with the 86 movie theme: zombie gears? springer's "better things to do tonight than die" launcher? dinobots? insecticons? hot rod's sparring partner, named "time out"? more accessories/weapons that integrate into alt modes?
I'd prefer Powermaster Prime, as I don't like the Apex armor. But firstly a WFC weapons kit and nullrays for the seekers would be fine.
DIA Commander = Diaclone Powered Convoy (pre-Transformers Ultra Magnus). NOT Powermaster Prime. Just becuase that often needs clearing up.
