Same! My only worry so far is Apeface. They sorely need to re-work that ape-mode design

These are the two I'm trying to decide between. I LOVE Smart Robin's transformation but at the end of the day, you can't display a transformation.

If I decided to go with Smart Robin, has anyone seen him still for sale at decent prices?

Naw I think you missed the boat. Just wait they might re-release him in a year or so.

Is $117 resonable? This is where I got him: chimungmung Toy Shop

i have seen him around $80-100 at random on ebay if you save a search for fansproject smartrobin it will alert you when new ones are put up for sale. It just depends on how patient you are and how willing you are to maybe end up paying more as his price rises.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I'll set an Ebay reminder as suggest and wait for a possible reissue. NOW... I'm gazing at the Sigma L that is sitting in my BBTS cart... le sigh.

This is all Volar's fault. If FP would post a preorder for Volar, that might help me to hold off of another purchase.. :(

Check Acestoystore regularly too. He was out of stock there forever, but a few weeks ago one popped up for sale at regular price. I grabbed it, and am very happy I did. Same thing with Quad UU, actually.

And for the record, I like Sigma L the best. He's just so much cooler looking with those wings, his coloring, etc... - I love him. He makes an amazing impression on the display shelf all the way from across the room.

My 3 and 5 year old nieces came to the house one day. Out of the dozens of toys on the shelf I asked them what their favorite was. The unanimous decision was "I like the one with WINGS!!!!", with "The giant OPTIMUS (metroplex)" coming in at number 2.

It's a great figure. My favorite Function X guy next to Smart Robin.

You have to pull out the visor before rotating it downward.

Just been fiddling around with this guy, forgot how good it was. I really like the FP headmasters line, really well made and some interesting transformations. Anyone know when skullcruncher is out?
