    Hi guys,

Hoping someone might be able to help. I'm having issues with my account on FP's website and I've tried to message them via the "Contact" web form on the site, and on their facebook page, and via twitter and have not received any responses from any of it. Does anyone know of a direct email address that you can use to email them for account support that they actually monitor? Thanks in advance! (Mods if this isn't the right place for this please move with my apologies!)

Either one, both suck with communication. They suck so equally you would think the same people are running both.

Lol... at the risk of being bitched-out for believing such nonsense... I have a hunch they are one and the same.

I'm sure he means FPCore though... as I don't think the FP site offers "accounts". The site in general doesn't seem to be maintained very often & it's been very rare that I've heard of someone actually getting response from them.

You're more likely to get a phone call from God than an e-mail from Fansproject.

Yes, sorry - I did mean FPCore. Seems like I may be SOL though based on the responses :(

Listen to your hunches. And their communication isn't much better on the back side, for anyone wondering.

Fpc does receive messages posted via their website, it just takes them very long to respond. From my latest experience, it took a month before they responded.

i must be the one in a million.
ive only reached out to FPJ twice, and received a specifc response within 24 hours on both occasions. once was just an fyi about an error on their site (which they really didnt even need to respond to), and the other was something to do with not getting a confirm after a paypal payment.
but they were helpful in both cases.
i believe i was logged into my account on FPJ.com and submitted a form?
    good luck.

Good luck my friend. I sent them several emails and a paypal dispute. No response. So it seems extremely hit or miss. I really hope you get whatever it is you need cleared up.

There was a short stretch where they started answering fast. This was when Assaulter went up. I canceled my order from them and they responded quickly to take care of it. After that it's been hit or miss

FPC is actually pretty good at communicating back but don't use their garbage "contact us" box on their website. Get the email address and send something to them directly.
