So I had a package arrive on December 23rd, 2017. I had ordered two things. I could immediately tell something was wrong from the box size (too small). I opened it up and sure enough, they had left out my Steel Core Trailer and instead thrown in a tiny little Quake...fantastic...just what I wanted considering I already own a Quake... So I immediately reach out to their customer service. Over 2 weeks later (after followup emails) I FINALLY get a reply. They say they are "looking into it". Now another week has gone by with no word back. Is this typical customer service from them? This experience is making me want to never freaking order another one of their products ever again.
Good luck, I'm dealing with them now too. My package hasnt moved since Dec 12 and the finally replied that my post office should have requested something from me even though tracking shows it hasn't even reached the US.

Only way I have gotten a response from them is to do a Paypal claim. They responded pretty quickly then. Previously they ignored multiple emails.
Thanks, I feel like the Hong Kong Post is making up crap to them as well since it seems they lost the package. I really just want my Severo since it was the cheap black friday deal. Getting my money back at this point might make me give up on finishing their dinos.
Just give them time and they'd respond or rectify the situation without emailing you (that appears to be their style) by sending you what you're due... they're probably doing a stock take to verify things otherwise some folks may take advantage with false claims. Had a similar experience but rectified by Fansproject: Fansproject sent me a used VOLAR All the best with yours.
I have officially filed the claim as there has been no response since the first response. Let's see if that gets them in gear.
Finally have my shipment supposedly arriving Sat. Started a paypal claim as well as I felt their post office was making me jump through hoops to prove I never received a package that never left Hong Kong. Will never order straight from them again either. Dont care what the sale is, not worth this hassle.
They responded overnight to mine as well. It's amazing how they can go 3 weeks with no response via email, but you open a paypal claim and bam, you get a reply back within hours. SUPER shady company. I will personally NEVER buy from their site again. No amount of savings is worth this hassle.
