Nothing about the limb mode on the instruction sheet.

I'm just guessing here, but the only way I can make sense of these moves by FP is that they're being really cautious about being accused of IP theft, so they're downplaying the combiner aspect of these figures. It's like, release 4 standalone figures, then another figure in another line (Parallax/Crossfire vs Causality) that's an add on to the first four. So they can say that they did not copy the five-member combiner team concept of Menasor. Again, just speculating and trying to make sense of what's happening and not being an apologist--please don't burn me at the stake.

 

Not only BH toys, but several of the recent Generations toys as well. Heck, he's certainly more complex than several Classic deluxes (Jazz, Rodimus, Bumblebee, etc.).

I'm going to guess that there is no combining info for Car Crash because he is a Causality figure. Causality is a line of straight up figures with no gimmicks beyond transforming from Bot to whatever.

I don't know for sure but in the early days of this release it was mentioned that Motormaster will be in the Crossfire line which is the line reserved for combiners. So, one can assume (and only assume) that MM will be treated like a combiner and all of the combining info will come with him.

Profile shot of this guy looks terrible, TBH. Straight on he looks decent enough, though. I agree with the OP that he'd probably be an easy pass if he didn't form Menasor. End product pics (and MM pricing) would be a great thing about now...

 

Sounds like they're holding all Gestalt form information until Motormaster. Which makes sense. Menasor has always looked like a big robot with some cars strapped on for armor, so it's likely not much will be required of the cars as is.

^Yeah, he could be a bit bigger overall, but where will you find a better Breakdown than this, and that is actually part of a combiner? Case closed! ;D

Also, did you use Reprolabel's clear-backed stickers for the insignia? And from the sheet of tiny ones or the "regular" ones? (I have a sheet of the tiny ones, but don't have the regular-sized ones)
