I liked Power Baser so much I had him on display for six months with Star Saber.

My "gatway figure" into Fans Hobby was G2 Optimus Prime. Picked him up for on sale and was so impressed that I picked up the Monsterbots. From there getting Power Baser was a no brainer.

I hope Fans Hobby makes a Star Convoy figure.

The tiny feet are "G1 accurate" to the toy but they are not great for stability. I do wish in situations like that where it affects fundamental use of the product, what is best for the product (a 3D physical product that is designed to be posed and displayed) would be placed a little higher than "accuracy".

 

I just got back from NYC the other day and held off finally buying him for a bit thanks to ASW sneaker drops. Since I missed out on the WtT Bron 16s, and after noticing this guy getting wait listed on TCP and selling out at Toy Dojo, I consoled myself by scooping this guy up at BBTS before waiting any longer. Now to figure out when to ship him out.

Dude, can you imagine them making a Star Convoy?!  
If there's one thing that Fans Hobby have shown themselves being geniuses in, it's reimagining big brick-y bots with many modes into pose-able masterpieces (although I'm still disappointed with Power Baser's Base mode, everything else they've made is gold).

Today's President's Day. Even if they're working they're probably not getting anything today.

I'd buy it. My wish is to have MP versions of every Optimus Prime. But what I really want from them is Fine Convoy/RiD Optimus.

 

Fire Convoy, God Magnus, and Black Battle Convoy are the reasons I got back into TF collecting. I would be SO DOWN for that.
And Archenemy has already been made.

Same here. I lost my poop when I saw Fire Convoy and bought a ton of Car Robots. That line was gold. To this day that figure is still one of my favorite Primes.

I know. If they did a Star Convoy it would be breathtaking.

Power Master Optimus Prime was one of my favorite figures back in the day and they frigging nailed it. I picked him up, the black repaint and hopefully they do a Fire Guts God Ginrai at some point.

 

I got the whole line in a tote someplace. The Autobot Brothers were a little shell formery but I still like them. Battle Convoy is a great figure too. Only figure that was kind of Janky was the JRX train combiner. But I still thought it was pretty neat.

Oh yea he would definitely benefit from getting a new set of figures with today's engineering. It would be pretty great to have a MP train combiner.

I thought he was a fun scramble city-ish combiner at the time. It wouldn't be fair to compare him to what we have for combiners nowadays.

It would be neat to have an autobot construction vehicle combiner to go against Devastator.

Imagine if someone did a masterpiece Fire Convoy and Ultra Magnus.
