    Wrong.

When we say cartoon accurate" we mean FT Recorder. A product made by FT, and accurate to the cartoon as much as humanly possible. It will never be 100%, sure. But it is pretty close.

A Diobot set simply "recolored" is IMO, not what we mean when we say that. I'm sure it will work for a lot of people, after all the TT + versions are really not that bad (and impossible to find for a good price).

Hahahah, oh you two are cute. :D  As if there haven't been pages and pages of forum posts arguing back and forth over whether FT Recorder or any other figure with some toon influence is or isn't "toon enough" or "too toon" and showing various conflicting screenshots from the toon. ;)

I posted about the sale 2 weeks ago? The Japanese version will probably suffer the same fate.

I hear you. My Badcube Shrapnel is good enough, but I'd really like to replace the BC Bombshell with FT Grenadier.

Problem is, if I get one, I must get the other ones too. And they are a tad too expensive.

They're also harder to find solo than in the bundle.

So... I woke up this morning and went about my day. As you do. 6 hours later I saw an eBay listing for PF-01 Cesium for £450.

Now... I've been wanting this figure for the longest time... quite the grail for me and where I am with my collection.

Contemplated for an hour or so... talking myself in and out of it.

    Messaged the seller.

He sent me a bunch of photos and explained the condition.

    No one to stop me.

Put in an offer I thought I was willing to pay. £360.

Guy comes back to me with a counter offer. £380.

Couldn't resist. I've seen these go for £500. And they don't ever pop up on eBay in the UK... like... EVER!

    Paid.

And get this.... within 50 minutes it's been delivered /by hand/ to my house!

The guy was an absolute gent. Not my place to say more but he explained he's having to make some difficult choices and his collection is going up for sale bit by bit. Kind of weird as to what we shared in common - seemed fateful I was to end up with this figure from this particular collector.

A huge huge thank you to him!

The figure itself is an absolute knock out. Without question the best Dinobot FT (PF) have done. Looks so good under the lights on my display. The proportions are perfect, the build is awesome and solid, the details are just on the right side of exact. I'm fucking stunned... by the fact I finally have this figure and the fact I woke up this morning with no intention or idea that today it would be on my shelf. WTF!

Congratulations. I also got my Cesium a year ago for €370 (~400 USD) from Italy. I was really surprised that it was so cheap. I then sold my Scoria a week later for €300. The 70 € difference is definitely worth it.
