    I think Baba and ShowZ have done enough to earn our trust over the years. Even Bombusbee is looking legit.

    For non-NA people around the world buying from China only makes sense if you can avoid import taxes and fees. These can quickly add up if you incur them! So a cheeky preorder there can be the safety net some of us need!

    When it comes to FansToys availability, once the figure's released, it should be pretty easy to get from, say, an AliExpress or another Asian e-tailer, yes? It's just that the price will be higher than the PO price?

    Meh. I get that Jazz is an A1 character, but I can’t think of a recent FansToys bot that wasn’t readily available at multiple retailers for purchase at/after release day. For all the preorder frenzy that went on, the Bugs are available, Quietus, Dinos, etc. Maybe it will be different for Jazz, but maybe not. I get this may be an unpopular opinion around here, but I wouldn’t stress.

    I don’t think Mirage or Jazz have been up at North American retailers yet, it only showed up at Chinese retailers when they showed new pics.

    Probably within a day or two after FT releases pics of the figure in color. No idea when they will release said pics though.

    Every 2021 FT release is still available at retail (including reissues). Nobody should need ebay for recent FT releases. I hope that trend continues into 2022! :)

    It's a cycle.

    First, demand went up and it went OOS everywhere.

    FansToys increased supply, but consumers now place multiple pre-orders, "just in case".

    When products are released, oops, the actual demand isn't that high and there is stock everywhere. This is where we are at.

    Guess what will happen next?
