So my copy’s shoulders are tight but his chest doesn’t split when i move the arms, the knees locking was a pain and i placed my Autobot logo off center but i’m very happy.

Mine fell apart during transformation, but was lucky I was able to pop the pins back. Not sure if it’ll hold, but I won’t be transforming this guy again to find out. Also the skirt stripped off, and no longer tabs back in. No replacement piece will fix this as the main hip with the nub will all need to be replaced. Still a sexy figure, and I love Jazz — my favorite non-fiction character of all time. So keeping this fella next to my MakeToys version. Hoping for an official version too, if that’ll ever happen due to the infamous licensing rumor.

Replacement on the way. TFSource replied within hours. No questions asked and a paid shipping lable. I don't know where all the complaints about their CS come from. pricing practices... sure. But service is always above and beyond. At least for me. Anyway, undecided just what I'm going to "do" with the replacement...

When did it update? I’ve been dying for mine and still says nothing. Is it possible others shipped out a week ago too is what I’m asking in vain hope

agree on this. Their pricing infuriates me but their customer service is A+. I only used them a few times (mostly when I started and didn’t know better) but they were exceptional. Credit where it’s due I guess

Yeah, I think they're just slow sending out e-mails with tracking, but they've probably shipped all or most of the pre-orders by now. I just got an e-mail yesterday.

 

I was able to transform mine to vehicle mode by following a couple YouTube videos. On the last steps of transforming him back to robot mode, his left leg came apart below the knee. I must have missed something or not had parts aligned quite right even though everything looked and felt like it was fitting together properly. Apparently, the part with the translucent blue window holds the entire lower leg together. I baby my figures and have rarely ever had a break. This is easily my worst breakage for any Transformer figure I've owned. I wrote [email protected] over a week ago to see if it would be possible to get replacement parts. After not receiving a response, I tried again yesterday. Has anyone received a response from them recently? I've heard their customer service was quite good, but this is making me wonder.

 

Looks exactly like what happened to mine, though I saw no evidence of breakage. The screws were just too short to hold it together.

 

This has got to be the most either hated or loved FT figure of the year.

Lost of posts hating in the transformation and defects, breaks and such.

Definitely not the home-run everyone expected, more so with a character like Jazz.

Mine should be delivered today, so we’ll see.
