Ha well I called it when I finally caved and bought a Wardog a while back...a new Warpath option would soon be revealed! Guess I’ll decided which I prefer when this one is released in 2020? Probably?

Love the look of this, but I’m more interested in beachcomber since he was the very first transformer toy I’ve bought.

Wow. A Fans Toys Warpath, Beachcomber, AND Brawn!? And it will only take them maybe 5 years or so to get them out in peoples' hands!
(or in the cases of the FT Trailbreaker and Blitzwing...release unknown if ever)

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for improved versions of all three of these guys given the Bad Cube and X-Transbots versions were just..."cause there was nothing better" purchases, but I really think Fans Toys needs to release everything they've already showed us before throwing even MORE future releases at us.

    I mean we've been shown:

    Hot Rod
    Sixshot
    Cyclonus
    Blitzwing
    Trailbreaker
The Aerialbots (Silverbolt, Slingshot, Air Raid, Fireflight, Skydive)
The Stunticons (Motormaster, Dead End, Breakdown, Wildrider, Dragstrip)
    Mindwipe
    Skullcruncher
    Blurr

That's 18 figures right there before we'll even see Warpath, Beachcomber, and Brawn.

I think this Warpath won't be minibot size in terms of scaling with TT Bumblebee. After FTs decision to go with seeker sized Stunticons, Warpath along with FTs Brawn and Beachcomber might go the carbot sized route.

Even if he were Wardog sized he looks more “right” with more toon accurate proportions. I wouldn’t be mad if he were Seaspray sized.

Am I the only one that loves WarDog? Especially the transformation <3 (other than the internal mechanisms of the shoulder)

A real Tank-mode, a cartoon accurate robot mode.... Um.... What's not to love about this one? Definitely on my wish list.

I like the bot mode and the tank mode, but the transformation is nerve wracking. Not a fun toy, at least to me.

This makes me relieved to have skipped Wardog, and heck if the trasnformation is a little fiddly, it will probably be a dream compared to Badcube.

I haven't bought a FT product since the dibots but I think I'm all in on their minibots. FT Warpath has some impressive mass shifting happening to get it looking show accurate. Wardog and brawny were always placeholders in my collection. Wardog had clever engineering but never really looked right with other MPs. Bad cube's carbots probably have the best 3rd party paint apps but their minibots have a really plain unpainted look. I also don't like the dwarf proportions that those early figures like brawn and the insecticons have. FT's brawn silhouette looks like a big improvement over brawny. XTB's beachcomber still looks good on the shelf, but XTB has problems accounting for clearances in most of their designs. Arkose's arms can't rest straight vertically because the rollcage is in the way. It's not a major annoyance so not sure he'll get replaced.

Where's the credible mp Warpath? Not everyone thinks that oversized nightmare edition from Badcube is any good.

Warpath was my favorite toy as a child, so I don’t mind having multiples. I never minded Badcube though he rarely leaves the detolf

I, for one, can’t wait to see FT Brawn. Brawn was one of my favorite characters as a kid.
Haven’t really been impressed with Badcube or Takara’s.
