Did the magical knee screws come with the second batch?  

 

Welp, now my Taobao seller is saying they'll have FT-41 Sheridan on May 10 instead of May 1 like they previously mentioned. They weren't aware of the knee issue at all till I mentioned it to them. Hopefully this means mine will be part of the 2nd batch with the corrected knee screw already installed at the factory.

 

Yep but at this point, I'd almost rather him wait for an improved batch.

 

Well, just ordered this guy 4 days ago. I don't know if it'll have the leg issue or if it's from the 2nd batch. I'm still waiting for it to be shipped. If it ships after May 10th it's a good indicator that it may be from the 2nd batch.

I love Warpath, he's one of my favorite Autobots. I did buy Wardog and still love him. I have no qualms about buying multiple iterations for my favorite Transformers.

This will be my second FT figure, and I'm not going to let a little thing, albeit should never happen, like a broken leg hamper my enthusiasm for him. I may be a little crestfallen, if indeed broken, but it'll just be a temporary passing feeling.

Is that a custom Cybertron plannet?!  Damn it looks sweet! Wish I had mad skillz like that!

it's an awesome custom by studio oz , i went for the full fx version   tried to get a picture with it lit up behind warpath which is why some spots look orange its the light shining through the silver couldn't capture it properly

My right knee is wobbly as fuck but it won’t fall off like the left side did. That side fell off as I lifted it out of the box. I just want both off so I can not have to revisit this problem

 

Update on replacement screw from Show Z:

Still waiting as well. My guess is at that time we'll all get hit with emails asking for more money to cover shipping.

 

Don't know about the 2nd batch. But my seller told me FT is NOT sending the screws to any Chinese based sellers and buyers have to request through customer service if they have any leg issue. Well, at least this is what he told me. I am OK since he always goes through replacement parts without problems and I have all my FT preorders with him so I can always ask him to ship the screw to me together with my next purchase.

 

That sucks since if I need replacement parts from Baba he send them free and the consensus is FT charges $5 for shipping for a part. Imagine paying $5 for a fucking little screw? I could be wrong and it's free from them.

 

Is the issue that Fans Toys used a rivet instead of a screw? Is the other leg attached by a screw like it should have been in the first place or still a rivet?

For all those people with replacement screws? is the screw hole pre-tapped or are you just screwing in the screw through the plastic? I was watching Paik's video and it looks like the screw is just biting into bare plastic.

 

Hmmm, if you don't like limited articulation nor frustrating transformations, I'm not sure Wardog was your best idea! I'd rather experience a transform-a-thon of MP-5 and MP-9 back to back both ways than to ever touch Wardog's shoulders again!
