By now, we all know that dalianjj is a real tease. Drops a bunch of reissues, then holds out on the new releases at the last minute. I am suffering some serious blue Unicrons!

 

I do know they are redesigning the two armbots, so who knows on them.

 

Mine’s lasted over 3 hours. I consulted a doctor but he didn’t understand why I needed a new Soundwave when I already HAVE a Soundwave. They just don’t get it!

I did just get my giant bird boys though.

What the treatment for people joining on the ridiculously huge Fort Max FT is doing?

 

So, how has everyone been keeping their minds of their unfinished sets?

 

It’s been 7 months since my last hit. I tried some re-issues but they didn’t hit the same. I’m just taking it one day at a time man, this is a marathon not a sprint!

 

… the reward is not the completed Menasor combiner… it’s about the friends made along the way… and all the salty angry fanboys tears you can drink.

     

 

It’s not about the pre-orders you pay off, it’s the small endorphin rush of $1 deposits you drop along the way!

 

Never understood the $1 deposit deal?

Why $1? Why not $5… or $.50 cents? Soooo random.

 

$1 dollar deposits will keep your FT anxieties away!!! Doctor recommended.

 

Well it was nice that they were consistent at least. Now every place has random deposit prices up to like $30-$40 for Cerebros

 

Well the next Year of the Dog is 2030. Sounds about right.

 

How naive were we?

 

I always thought it was a bit of a reach, as it meant they have to release two figures per month, without fail, for three years straight.

Devastator: 6 figures
Superion: 5 figures
Menasor: 5 figures
Defensor: 5 figures
Bruticus: 5 figures
Computron: 5 figures
Abominus: 5 figures
Predaking: 5 figures
Monstructor: 6 figures
Raiden: 6 figures
Piranhacon: 6 figures

So that's 54 figures in total, provided they also wanted to do the lesser known (in the Western world) combiners like Raiden and Monstructor. Even if you just strictly go by the Western G1 cartoon combiners (so no Raiden, Monstructor, Piranhacon), that's still 36 figures. That's exactly one combiner figure per month, which means no room for other releases.

Absolute madness.  

 

When FT said "all combiners" I don't think they had the last 3 combiners on your list in mind.

 

Could be, even then it's quite the ambitious plan.
