got my tfs-express shipped email
Wish my figures got shipped by email. Wouldn't that be great?
Netclow on eBay has Magnum back up for 180 and Spoiler for 270 if you’re hungry.
That's ridiculous. I hope Dead End doesn't start off at $150+. Maybe I should get a DX9 version as a stand-in in case I can't get an FT Dead End at a reasonable price.
Oy gevalt, $270 for Breakdown...
Already a huge fucking markup for Wildrider...
To think I only... pre-ordered... Drag Strip... and have to buy... all the others...
And the funny thing is, I still have yet to get ANY of the Aerialbots, haha.
haaaaaaaaaa oh good lord what am I getting myself into...?
I personally would not be surprised to see him at least for that much. Mainly since the combiner parts are all gonna be bundled with him.
I missed dragstrip preorders it seems, I have the first 3 but this is insane, it was sold out in a day compared to having almost three months to preorder the other parts before they got sold out.
I was honestly surprised that he didn't sell out later in the day he went up on BBTS. PO'd him once I clocked out of work. Around that time was when their Astrotrain POs sold out.
You'll be ok. I'm sure FT will do reissues. These are some of their most successful releases.
You, I, and many others here are in this together. (I got the last Roadking for retail in Canada and preordered Dragstrip. And no Aerialbots.)
Let's keep each other informed of in-stock notices and preorder announcements, so we're not left to being gouged!
Would make sense for them to do so, much how MMC reissued the rest of the DJD, save for Helex, who didn't release at the time, once Tesarus went up.
Issue is I didn't even hear he went up until the next day. I really likely should have gone with DX9, Gabriel proved they can make a better product if they try, with half the effort of getting it.
Oooooooof, that sucks, bro. Really hope you can get your hands on him.
Personally, I would have gone with XTB as my contingency set.
tbh, I kinda like their Drag Strip's face the same, if not a bit better. Tad more flat and cartoon-like than FT's. But FT I think would still win just because they included an extra smirk. Options over pure look, while of course not looking like, say, Rouge, haha.
I have XTB G2 set, they are fantastic too. Just needed a G1 set too that had different molds
That's why you ask the seller to provide where the stamp is on the figure with a picture. Never been a problem.
I wasn't aware of that. If Dead End does come with the combiner parts, I'm bracing for $250+. The combiner frame will need to be the most sturdy piece of combiner frame in the history of 3P combiners to be able to hold up the 5 hefty FT Stunticons, so I expect it to cost quite a bit. If it was sold separately, I might actually consider skipping it because the FT set works so well as individual bots, that might be my preferred way to display them.
Absolutely not gonna be that high, haha. Quote from Dalianjj.
I bet 250 plus on that Dead End
Yeah, Deadend was supposed to be near $180 (Roadking price) back in the before times. Even Sovereign has a 20% increase so I'd say the last Stunticon will be at least $216 ($180 + 20%)
3 is a good number for all the figures in my opinion unless it's a severely limited run like apparently this Sovereign reissue appears to be. Only figures I'd even be thinking about getting 3 are the triple changers.
How much did Roadking sell for originally?
