Hehe I tried, couldn't figure out the gifs on my phone
I'm not to savvy with it myself. Haha
A picture then for good measure
I cant speak for spoiler as i dont have this figure, but this is so very true for roadking.
I originally wasnt into buying the FT combiner teams, but when roadking was 1st issued last year i saw how much people thought of him along with a few video reviews and pre ordered the re issue as soon as i was able (his 1st issue had sold out of the stores I use in the uk very fast).
Ive had him just over 2 weeks now and I am still so very impressed with how solid and well designed/built this figure is.. I dont think i have been as impressed since TE01. I still cant believe, given how the truck/trailer is made up, and how it comes from almost nowhere, how well and cleanly it all holds together.
Previously, I have been highly critical of FT Jabber and hoodlum, whereas FTs Sovereign, quietus, and dracula still maintain their places as some of the very best figures in my collection.
I am very pleased that FT seem to have regained their stride so to speak.
Roadking has so impressed me that i may pick up the rest of his team if i see spoiler up for reissue early enough (before i get too far behind), or maybe even a silverbolt (maverick?) on reissue.
For sure the main joint would be the main arm frame
Haha, I actually got the reference! I'm actually the Chinese Newman in my job. No mail carrier has successfully delivered more than 50% of their mail is also my quote off him too lol.

Hehehe that's like the 3 minute mile!
Was wondering if anyone was crazy enough to disassemble roadking, in particular to get his front skirts off? There's been a bit of a mishap and now there's a minor paint scratch on the right skirt piece. I don't think it's enough of an issue to warrant asking for a replacement part but in the off chance that I do decide to go for a replacement, how would I even take the piece off? Seems to go beyond the realm of simply removing a couple of screws.
Feel like it might be a while before we get another release
I know the waist unclips at the front and opens out for menasor mode which will give you a better look at what you are dealing with, but i havent disassembled as i had no need and mine is in truck mode atm - the plastic crotch piece unclips and flips down just below the metal piece in the bladder position.
The Andrea Doria episode lol
Interesting theory, You could be right.
Really liking these guys (sorry for the bad cell phone pics...)
So you voluntarily disassembled a previously flawless figure and scratched it - and now you want a replacement part? Why on earth would you expect to get a replacement part for a piece that you damaged while taking the figure apart...for reasons? Am I missing something?
He'll have to pay for the replacement piece assuming there's any extra of it. What's wrong with asking the manufacturer if they have spare parts to sell to people that need replacement parts?
Yes, you have misread the entirety of their post. Please re-read.
Ok, I think I see what you all are getting at. Apologies to the OP, I originally thought he/she was considering a request for a replacement part after damaging the part voluntarily. I see now that they weren't looking for a freebie. Sorry all!
