Thank heavens I don't display these things from the side!
I need to see it from the side compared to another figure. But honestly and non issue for me.
I mean, it is to be expected with the amount of mass shifting is does, but damn. Not so impressive/good looking anymore. Maybe Roadking can share his backpack around lol. Still probably will get dead end (hope he's the one that comes with combiner parts and not dragstrip) Kinda wish the windows folded in though. Seems like it's only Breakdown though. Dragstrip I'm not sure about, but for Wildrider and Dead end, I see the front of the car as back kibble, so that should be able to fill out the back better.
That looks exactly like DX9's Henry's profile.
How do you like him in hand from front view for the bot mode, and the car mode in general? Does he seem worth the price as a standalone? Is he good looking like the promo pics? Is he fun to transform back and forth? Is he well built like the other FT products? How is the paint in person?
What a fuckin sad state we're in. We're so used to getting figures with gigantic backpacks, butt flaps and kibble hanging all over the place that when we actually get a "clean" looking figure, all we can comment on is how anorexic it looks? Let's throw on MP-44's backpack to make Spoiler more "normal" looking.
people who own him need to be carefull they don't lose it between the cracks in their floorboards
so thin, i likes em thiiccccc
I like Silverbolt better than my MP-44, except the articulation that is.
A super flat supercar turns into a super thin robot. Sounds about right.
Yeah it will be forwarded. The p.o. its going to are dicks and wont let packages be picked up either
Seriously all the promo pics FT showed they never really showed him from the side but man this is a bummer in my books. I remember laughing @ Dx9's Henry and I'm sorry folks but they share the same profile. To each their own if you like it cool and continue on with the set but I think I'm finally tapping out and may finally sell off RoadKing.
Forget about how it looks from the side. How is the quality??
I wasn't really too keen with the slavish toon scale robot mode to begin with. I bought Roadking and I love him, but if this is what we are getting with the limbs I am hesitant. For 100+ per limb (or more when the combiner parts start coming as pack ins), I need to really love the team. I am not a set it and forget it guy and like to mess with my bots while watching TV, etc. This side view just cracks me up, and I can now see what was sacrificed to get the robot mode so tall.
..... quietly putting an order for the next 4 bots.
Wait I'm confused.. Why are some complaining about his thinness?? I thought we all like clean and sleek figures?? Well at least I do. I think Spoiler looks great. It's a great feast to turn an MP-size carbots into a seek-size robot. Is it bc he's too thin to be "cartoon accurate"? If you guys are being sarcastic then sorry for missing the joke.
I do the same thing with my transformers, funny enough DX9 Wildrider is my favorite pick up and play with bot.
I'm surprised that people are surprised he's skinny.
The fans can never be pleased, can't they..
Because Spoiler is not anatomically correct.
This is what a proper humanoid physique should look like.
As far as cartoon accurate, you be the judge.
