Correct. It would have electronics for the speaking gimmick which would include: a speaker, wiring, a button, a battery compartment that requires four AAAAAA batteries with no opening for the compartment so it can never be used.

Well, I used to own Road King, Magnum, and Spoiler and sold them when I needed the cash....and regret that so much. Anyway, currently working on getting them all back and picked Smokey up off Ebay for super cheap last week...man I like this guy. Next on the list is Magnum or Road King.

 

Keep in mind before you go spending too much over retail, there will be reissues when Bandit gets close to release.

 

Yeah FansToys will want to recuperate as much on R&D for the skeleton as possible. So I assume reissues will come closer to the release announcement.

 

The best way to do that is to release the damn thing IMO.

That's what I have heard. I got really lucky on the price for Smokey here...I'm hoping to do the same for the rest. I had quite a few guys (FT and XTB) that I regret selling when I needed the money.

 

Any recommended paints for touching up Spoiler?

The colors would be the off-white of the main body, the metallic silver on the chest (not really showing the needed spots here)


And the metallic blue (not sure how well re-painting die metal work, if at all, but wanna try this over a whole new figure)

 

And yes you can hate me for bringing any life to this thread but I'm genuinely getting frustrated here (first world problems,yeah I know..) No news, no sign of life or anything about this set at all?

And seriously if they don't reveal Bandit prototype at next Tfcon I will go for DX9 Menasor. He looks decent enough and Stunticons also.

 

At this point I have given up caring about this Menasor, as at least XtB fills that niche.

I just want FT to finish Blitzwing, as the KFC and DX9 just don't cut it as being Masterpiece.
