The hate this figure received was really stupid at the time. It was a beautiful figure with the metallic paint and the clean look. You cannot make it a real world item like a jet or car with more detail so these animal like ones should not go outlandish with false details and try to follow the toon. It got a lot of unfair QC hits because it had a deceptive extra click up on the canopy to lock it in place. The floating feet caused a lot of consternation but it looked and worked fine to me and it was important to keep the lock. How many times do we get that worked up about the feet looking perfect when they usually look like crap.

I also really liked the Dracula even with some of the wing ratchet issues. Another awesome figure with clever engineering even if some color choices and engineering choices could have been made to match the original better. I am still so eager for Chomp but glad they took the time to reengineer because of the space issues with the legs and tail hiding in the calves. It's basically their Dibot problem on steroids.

I had gotten out of collecting for a while and weirdwolf is one of my all time favorites so seeing the prices on this really sucks.

Koot was in the same boat. They re-issued him so I'm sure Lupus is in the table

I really like Dracula! It’s a great figure. Love the colours they used, the articulation, transformation. Comparatively Lupus didn’t look as good so I passed. But Chomp might be a cool addition (if it ever is released!).

Dracula is probably the most solid release just behind Sovereign. Imo

The fact that in wolf mode the canopy collapses if you look at him wrong is still really annoying and almost made me not buy him.

I noticed the thread has gotten active lately. For a minute I thought there was news of a reissue.

I remember thinking awhile ago "Oh this thing is ALWAYS available, I'll just get it later." Sigh.

I only need this and the two Autobot Headmasters that have no MP/3P to complete Headmasters. C'mon FT, please re-release.

I can tell you that from dallian himself this is not being considered for rerelease for at least a few years if at all.

I bought this for $90 and sold it for $90. Crazy to see people selling it for $500. It’s a weak figure that looks good but the articulation is terrible.

On one hand I want to sell mine to to gain profit at this market price, on the other hand, I know I would never able to buy it back at $90...even FT re-issue it, won't be this price, and will probably gone in seconds...

If this was reissued and sold at their new price point of $249 I wonder if people would still complain about articulation.

He might be worth the $249 since he is one of the only "anatomically correct" figures out there.

Someone was having a laugh when they designed his weapon storage.

If there's one thing we've learned from FT is that things chacnge. One minute they say no, then later on they say yes. It can't hurt to follow up with them once a month or so to ask about a reissue. You'll never know when they're answer might change.

He looks lame. Glad I never bought him. Sad I didn't buy him to resell.

This is one I'm not gonna pay $5-600 for, they got me on Stomp! It looks great but I'm only interested if it's re-issued along with the Insecticons
