I just have the one open order. Money's been taken but the order hasnt been processed.

The site has awful reviews. They seem legit, just rubbish. Their site is atrocious, cant even seem to send them a message. I'm hoping thats why it hasnt processed our end but has theirs.

Worth a gamble, nothing to lose but it doesnt look great.

But... I messaged Dalianjj regarding a Lupus reissue and he said no plans right now so...

So much for the Lupus reissue in Dec rumour.

The reissue is actually FT-31CT (toy color).

 

Not sure if you want to wait and see how I get on over the next week first, but I contacted paypal, telling them how the purchase isnt processing and I cant contact the store.

They said they will send then a courtesy email for me, asking them to contact me and assure me of the purchase. If I dont hear from them within 3 working days I can get the dispute going straight away.

I'll keep you posted if you dont want the hassle in the meantime.

Nothing. I phoned paypal yesterday to start a dispute. They've contacted them and now they have 10 days to respond otherwise I get my money back... which I'm sure is what will happen.

Shame really, but if I didnt try, I'd be wondering 'what if' so... glad I gave it a shot.

I'll do the same, and I agree with everything youve said. We had to try.

 

Oh, and I'm sure you'll be fine, but the guy I spoke to at Paypal almost tried to talk me out of startimg the dispute so soon due to the seller definitely receiving the money.

I just insisted due to the site still requesting payment and emphasizing that Id be happy to receive the item but I need confirmation from them. Then he was happy to go ahead.

So if they give you any shit, maybe try that route. Worked for me to get things moving straight away.

 

Paypal moving in for the refund but I asked them to try and get me the item first..I'd be very happy with a 95 quid Lupus, if he exists.

I don’t foresee Lupus getting a reissue. It took a while for him to sell out. Which is crazy, because he’s an awesome figure. I suggest if you see one for around $250. Pick it up before the price goes up more. Has Forager ever been reissued?

I would find it both funny and mildly infuriating if a X/metallic version of Lupus was made with white bits instead of silver.

Who cares if he gets reissued because he would be limited and gone in 60 seconds.......only to reappear for 3 times the price on Ebay!

 

Didn't happen to Phoenix-10x. It's limited and gone in 60 seconds, but you can get him for 100 bucks extra or less than the original price.
