The prices are firm..
Theres always ebay or just dont buy what im offering if you cant afford it.
On the contrary..im EXTREMELY POLITE and have no issies whatsoever.
99.9 % of the time i get along with EVERYONE and go out of my way to please polite people..
I give what i get is the way i was raised.
I dont walk into a resturant and haggle over the price of food on the menu.
Or best buy and lowball the salesman or manager in an attempt to acquire a new laptop below retail.
I may sound brazen or rude though that is not my intent.
Some things in life cost what they cost.
Cant afford it now...save up and buy it later.
Thats what i occasionally am forced to do.
I never asked for a break or a deal when i was the one who wanted said item whatever it may have been or will be.
And i never approached anyone wanting something with empty pockets.

I actually re-created this piece in 3D - and print them out. I've been working on some other commonly broken pieces as well.
In the US, I'll send you 4 of the pieces (Just in case) for $7.50.

They work really well. They're not QUITE as stiff as the original, but your Soar will be standing again.

 

Anyway I could get a set as well?

 

Just so you guys know - I'm also working on pelvis joints for Soar right now - I'm getting REALLY close. Few more little updates, and I'll have it. I've got a few people that need these already.

I may be interested in the Soar ankle pieces you make if you still take orders for them. Mine hasn't broken yet but I like to stock up on parts while they're available. You should totally do terminus giganticus hip ratchets! Lol.

I'm still raising dental funds so I'm selling my Fans Toys Dinos (all of them).  

 

So, I've had my Soar standing in robot mode in the same pose for months (nearly a year or more, actually). I rarely touch my figures or transform them. The ankle breakage happened to me as well. I picked it up off of the shelf, sat it down on its back, then tried to place it back on the shelf in the same pose. I noticed the ankle was loose, and I tried to tighten it. I noticed that the screw felt stripped, so I decided to completely disassemble it. Both shafts were broken, the one that was loose was broken at the base, and the other holding it to the leg was broken in the middle.

 

Oh wow. I hope my 3rd run doesn't end up like that! That's a real bummer, and your 2nd broken mp in a week, right?

 

Reach out to FT for replacement ankle parts. Also I think someone on this thread was advertising replacement ankles for sale that they are making.

 

Yeah, already sent that pm. Saw that COVID-19 stuff is hindering FT a good bit, so didn't figure that was much of an option.
