By any chance does anyone have a broken Soar that can be used for parts? My Soar met with an unfortunate accident and the left hip was broken the part that attaches the leg to the torso and his left foot was snapped off the leg. I MIGHT be able to use some type of epoxy or glue to get the pieces back together but the figure would most likely never transform again and just be a statue.

You may be able to get replacement parts if you contact fanstoys. They are generally good when it comes to replacement parts. You can ask member dalianjj since he is the Fanstoys rep here

I've sent a PM to dalianjj so we'll see if he responds, in case anyone wants to see the busted parts I've included some pictures. My lovely nephew knocked him off the shelf it was only a 4 foot drop but the damage was pretty bad, maybe I just had a bad copy and it was doomed to break anyway.... At least that is what I'm telling myself so I don't string him up lol.

I need to do the same then - was just setting up Soar after moving and the foot fell off - it came apart just where yours did - no impact or dropping - was just holding it...

Same here, sort of. I was moving him and he did a dive from a foot off the ground (I keep the heavier guys on a low shelf). Both ankles broke and his left leg popped off. Also PMd dalianjj. Hopefully he responds.:D

My Soar took a dive off a shelf and ended up with a broken crest on his beak.

Managed to get him fixed with a replacement part from Dalianj though, so alls well that ends well :)  (albeit it took a while)

Looks like everyone's Soar has been taking a dive lately. Thank goodness mine is on a bottom shelf.

Mine is standing in the back of the shelf. Should he ever decide to take a dive, my only fear would be that he squashes some puny TT bot. :lol

Mine hasn't fallen and I doubt (earth quakes not withstanding) he will.

He's leaning backwards against the wall for safety reasons :)

(But those feet are a poor design and all that die cast was a mistake.)

Mine is in his box. All my dibots are. I like to open them up every once in a while so the novelty of their magnificence doesn’t wear off!!

I would love to do that, but with how big the boxes are, I just don't have the room. So I have to display mine on shelves instead.

He asked me for pics, and I gave them to him about 9 days ago. I suspect the holidays are interrupting any normal flow. Ill check in again after the new year.

    That's great.

I'd shoot him a PM/email today to follow up. The sooner he gets it the sooner he'll respond.
