I personally can't with the OG FT dinos anymore. All that bling, miss-matching reds on top of them being old molds, I have no regrets about having sold them when I did (RIP to the dude/gal that bough my Stomp for 10 million dollars) and even with the "please buy me" price they have them at (the reissues) I simply can't....

A V2 (Cartoon version) of them will take 50 years from FT, One can only hope a company like DS is working on them already. They would get my money so quick.

FT's Dibots are so dated but all I need is Scoria. If FT isn't going to reissue him however, I'd like to see slightly bigger 2.0s with a more simplified, toon-accurate look.

Scoria needs a re-issue. When I was looking for him like a year or more ago there weren't that many around and every one that came up for sale was always the jankier 1st release with the window flap (which I ended up getting). When I was looking I never saw a 2nd release come up for sale and the OG one is like their 2nd release ever, they didn't have all the kinks worked out.

After the announcement of the KO’s I am hoping of one for the Dinos, just to score the last two Dinobots.

I ended up getting a 'slightly shop-soiled' version with a scratch on the gold chrome snout. Not a huge issue, and as it was the only one I could find anywhere I thought it was better than none at all, but Scoria has certainly been scarce for a number of years.

Yeah, the first run has some loose joints and something up with the shoulders that people were getting replacements for and the metal on some getting rusty I think? Mine doesn't really have issues but I'd still think about updating if they did a re-release.

Oh yes, I also managed to get some replacement shoulders - though I was never sure what the original issue was. I remember the replacements looked very similar, but there was an improvement on whatever the problem was.

I have a MIB Scoria in my sales thread as well. Again, end of an era.

So my copy of FT-04X finally arrived. I paid 140 USD (from Japan!) last year for the figure only, without box or accessories, just to have a feel of the X Dibots. The figure and the relates silver/chrome are gorgeous, but I myself am still not convinced they demand the high aftermarket price they get.

Beauty, Marcelo! Congrats. I was always under the impression the X series was sought after because they were fully painted, instead of the swirly grey plastic, but rarity also drives up the price.

    Looks spectacular in your photo.

Scoria is the last Dibot I need, hopefully a reissue is in the cards next year!

Heard back from FT about a possible reissue but forgot to report in this thread.

    "No reissue plan yet. Thx"

Don't suppose there's been any rumblings of a cesium reissue?

There was a post (in the old release schedule I believe) which reported that DalianJJ said if FT Slag gets reissued, it would be Scoria and not Cesium.

Kind of a bizarre response seeing that Cesium is like Scoria 2.0 and Cesium is mentioned in Roadking's box bio.

I'll follow up though and see.

Cheers mate. Never understood why they only did one run of cesium...

Me neither! Here is their reply about a Cesium reissue, and whether one replaced the other:

"no plan now for that eighter [sic], thx"

The only logical thing I can imagine is if there is something tied to the short lived "Perfect Fusion" line. Someone else involved who maybe has the molds instead of FT? Of course then I have no idea why that person wouldn't run it themselves unless they just don't have the capital to start up the production.
