Was a stand ever made for Quakewave's alt mode? Once the official one comes out I'd like to have Quakewave displayed in alt mode.

 

It's good that he'll available as an option for people who really did want him. Although I have some doubts of Quakeblast actually making it to retail now, if he does make it I'm sure it be a lot like the Stack situation and stores will have plenty of stock to go around.

 

I will say that if I owned quakewave, I would likely still get Shockwave. However I don't, and I don't think I can justify both

I've had Quakewave since whatever day one was for him and I'll likely get TT's version too because crowded as they are I have room on my shelves for Official AND unofficial product if it looks cool enough.

Have to say on the basis of the limited view we have so far the TT one will NOT be front and centre displacing QW, it looks very bland and thin...........but that's just first impressions on the proto.

 

My mindset when collecting too, however this is mainly to keep costs down. Though I can afford it I can't justify spending too much so it's 3p and MP repaints that get the chop. I'll still get remolds though like Roadrage / Exhaust.

 

Just don't act surprised if liberal preorder policies become less so.

 

Lets say for arguments sake that tt shockwave will be $120 shipped. I for one would rather have Quakewave for $20 more knowing it will have that die cast. Hope dalianjj dont hammer time all those 4th run qw's

I have a FT-03T and a FT-03C on order. I hope to H.E.Double Hockey Sticks that FT doesn't cancel the next run. I will be a sad panda. Can we get a confirmation on this?

Ugh, that would really stink if they cancel, FT-03c is pretty unique.

 

You have to admit, "used" toys are as good as new ones when we're talking about adult-owned pieces. The only difference is the tape on the box has been cut. Take my QW for example. It was taken out of the box, two logos placed on the shoulders, and then it either sat in a case or in its box for the next few years. Even if my price is only $5 below an unopened one, why would anyone pay the extra $5? Close to retail for an essentially new toy is better than full retail for a new toy. Plus, the buyer has the added benefit of not being surprised by any defects straight out of the box. Now is a great time to find a mint, flawless QW for less than full retail and without the wait.
