NIIICE! I adjusted the levels a bit since their lighting looked a tad washed out, to try and get a more accurate read on how he might look in hand. (I'm not planning on getting this, but AM very much interested in their take on Powermaster Prime, so I wanted an idea of the aesthetic they're going for.)

I *love* it personally. My take on it is that it's not very toon accurate (the Headmasters toon depicted him as much skinnier,) but it's very in keeping with both IDW, and an updated chunky TOY Look which, despite my usual toon-accurate penchant, sits just fine with me for characters who never had a U.S. animated presence. I WANT them to be chunky and alien looking (especially PMOP,) like their toys, unlike my Season 1 - 4 G1 animation figures.

Seeing him next to MP10, and going by the following pic... he'll be approximately Leader Class in Classics scale.

That works for me! I literally can't be any more sold on their upcoming Monsterbot trio. These will look rightfully gigantic in my collection.

Never realized how inaccurate the thin waiste is, it annoys me the more I look at it. I can deal with it not being yellow The thinness of it just bothers me

Doubt fanstoys will be doing any monster Bots as they're not doing tailgate or windcharger any time soon(I.e for atleast 2-3 yrs).
    And
While the bot mode doesn't speak to me the monster mode is Gorgeous!

So with a month or so before release, we should see reviews for him soon I'd hope.

Personally I don't mind the thin waist though.

Agreed. But without that sparker...? I'm kind of bummed they didn't put one in. I get those things are "dangerous" (and by that, I mean to idiot children who play with hairspray - i.e. cover themselves in it - before hand... seriously, look it up! :lol )... but these are ages 16+, right? Do we need to warn 16+ not to cover themselves in flammable liquids before playing with a flint lighter?

Anyway, ya never know what FT has cooking down the line. We may see a version from them (or someone else) within a few years... I love Repugnus (an unnatural kind of love?), but I'm kind of spoiled by all the Devy, Megatron, Ironhide, etc. wars. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to name a character today that doesn't have multiple offerings from different 3Ps...

I am really stoked for this one. Repugnus was one of my favorite post movie Autobots.

This figure looks all kinds of wrong, their is no resemblance whatsoever to his G1 Version, and even less screen accuracy. This figure is a total pass for me,until some other 3rd Party decides to do their own,he just basically is too chunky and fat.Try Again Fans Hobby.

I think it's supposed to be comic-accurate. Alt mode looks like it's from Rage of the Dinobots comic.

Honestly the build quality seems very solid to a little too tight. Overall both look great! Thank you @Cheem The Rup

Not a fan of the torso just being folded down for monster mode.
