Those aren't concepts, those are just different iterations of rhe character pulled from their wiki. Spider Arcee was BotCon and elephant Ironhide was Beast Wars. I don't know that they'll do the BB characters other than the ones who transform, and I don't even trust that Blitzwing will show up. They'll continue to release "background" characters like the KSI drones and DOTM army until the line gets rebooted

car dropkick may have been slightly inspired by ss-1 transformation but it's certainty not a retool however i think shockwave is definitely retool, an extreme retool but one none the less

 

Haven't seen it in person, but isn't tank Megatron more or less Leader size? Only getting away with Voyager by being as empty and open as a cicada shell?
Just thinking that Shockwave could be using Megatron parts without being upscaled and still be big enough for Leader class. Shockwave doesn't seem to have big open spaces where Megatron does, and seems to have taller feet, so it probably already has more plastic than Megatron who I think was already pushing the limits of his size class. And then there are the extra mini figures.
Not that I would complain if it's actually upsized.

 

And what about the probably BMB OS improved version?

A lot of people do.

 

There are a lot of people that do and a lot of people that don’t. I say to each there own. Personally I stick to official releases. I can see why some might prefer an oversized and/or improved KO, but I worked for IP attorneys and I know how supporting that can be damaging to a brand, regardless of whether you think they deserve it or not.

FYI, I might stick to official, but my wife prefers 3P, so even in my house there is a difference of opinion.

 

To me upsizing a figure makes it look cheap, cause the molded details, proportions and articulation and stuff may work just fine at a smaller scale but look bad when upscaled.

Also I just don’t have the space for a million large figures, not do I want my apartment to look like a cluttered space.

Dats just me doe.

 

Quick note that after investigating and looking through photos, scavanger dreads from the vehicle mode look to either fold up or intergrate inside the wheel due to pegs and the circle cutout on the sides
