Decided to send him a message, he knows its not legit and doesnt give a rats ass. Heres how it went down :p

I told him about the blue swoop and how it wasent real

    His reply
Yes I'm very aware of this, and thank you for your concern. It has harder to get a Blue one nowadays than it is to get an original these days. Good Luck in the bidding war!!!! See you at Botcon 2009, we will have 4 booths and anyone who purchases from me between now and Botcon 2009 gets a chance to be in the drawing for a $100 gift certificate @ the SaBeRTRoN BOOTH!!!!!!! Thank you and have a fantastic night!!!!!!

I tell him he should give proper info since he knows its a just a custom paint job

    His reply

: I buy my items from estate auctions from death in the family, divorces, foreclosures and what have you. I do not buy my items from someone on the street and for you to tell me what kind of business that I am running in the manner that you are stating it I find highly offensive. If your not going to bid on this item please stop emailing me, I mail 200 items a week, I don't have the time for this.

    My reply

I know what kind of business your running from the auction. You want to bullshit someone and take their money, you say you know its not a real diaclone swoop its a normal g1 swoop painted but you fail to mention this in the auction. Piss poor business at its finest.

So if it's fake, why doesn't someone just report it to Ebay? Wouldn't they then pull the auction?

You should report him to Ebay and include the same messages from him you've shown here.

i asked him if he had a buy out offer. He said 600.00 and its not negotiable. He also said that I would probably never see the item ever again.

ahhhh Sabertron is back at it... This is the guy i warned ppl about in the nyc comic con thread from 2 months ago he over inflates the price on G-1 figures that are heavly warn out missing chrome and paint and parts and charges 3 times the running price for them compared to M.I.B. versions

he tried to tell me a broken G-1 Brawn is worth the same as complete loose Brawn or M.O.C. Brawn...

I see he's revised the description and added a picture showing the red chest under the blue paint.

Still, I wonder if it's possible to get his auction booted just being a prick in the first place...

    he just replied to me.

first he didn't know what a bin is but did tell be his reserve is 30.00.

I would buy it for 30.00 with free shipping and do a part swap on it:D
