This news has me very excited. If anyone is going to finally push the Wii's hardware hard and far, its these guys.

Lair really crushed my faith in them, although there is only so much you can do with just a basic tilt sensor, so I don't know if they can really be blamed for that control disaster.

    Pretty much.

Wake me up when they release a new Turrican game, or at least a Star Wars title with content that I haven't already played in 20 others.

I beta tested for Lucasarts upcoming Star Wars: The Force UNLEASHED for the Nintendo Wii.

It was lacking 1/1 lightsaber motion control......and that's why I scored the game a 7 out of 10.

Aside from lacking tacked-on gimmicks, what was it like?

Don't worry about any NDAs you might have signed, its not like Stormtroopers can actually hit anything.

It looks and plays like a PS2 port.

It hardly makes use of the Wiimotes capabilities.

There IS multiplayer but it's NOT in first person or split screen.

Damn, ending up with something that looks like PS2 leftovers when your downporting from 360/PS3 assets is lame even by current Lucasarts standards.

I read a while ago that there was going to be a PSP version, maybe they are developing the Wii version with that instead of deriving it from the main game.

that kinda shit is really getting old *sigh* they have to know their games will sell better if they give it proper graphics and controls.
