It seems like the 5th film will involve time travel, alternate timelines etc. Could it be the case that the Optimus Prime with the red eyes actually come from that Nazi alternate timeline and he's being controlled by creators?
No, because Optimus Prime is never on Earth until the events of the film (circa 2007). Plus the only way they could get away with an evil OP is if the true OP kills him.
They already did the "Optimus's evil counterpart" angle with Sentinel Prime and truck Megatron/Galvatron.
I'm betting that was only done for promotional purposses and never appears or has any place in the movie itself.
Well ever since ROTF Optimus Prime has been slowly turning evil. The movies has clearly established that the Primes are corrupt (The Fallen, Sentinel) and now Prime has been experiencing the same madness as his predecessors. But if they introduce Rodimus Prime he'll probably have to kill Optimus once he fully succumbs to the Prime legacy of turning evil. And eventually Rodimus will have to be taken down too one day.

British war veterans not happy with Michael Bay Yeah to me there's no doubt there will be alternate timelines in the movie. Though Optimus being controlled by Creators is just my theory.
Germany doesn't let many movies dress up their landmarks with swastikas anymore, it's quite possible that the Churchill estate was simply used as a stand-in for a German location for the sake of convenience since the rest of the production was already there. Every single TF movie has done that already so it's not really a solid indicator of anything else just yet.
Yeah I think it's being used for flashbacks scenes since part of the plot will be supposedly about the Nazis trying to find the Omega Key.
