I hope this guy is caught and everyone gets their money back. Probably not gonna happen, but it's wishful thinking.

 

Id start calling some of those numbers.. if one of them is a relative or parent and you tell them what he did im sure they would help you out .. If its a parent then you know they will get involved.. Look at the kid he looks like a punk, so hes probably dont crap like this in the past.. He has an autobot tatto on his shoulder , he has no right to wear that symbol after doing this to everyone .. I would start posting to his myspace and let people know hes a damn thief.

 

Guys, what you need to do is get together all the addresses he gave out. Once you have the majority, say in PA. Call the PA police department (one person calls and gets the name of the detective and passes that to the others) within the same day (it helps) and inform that detective of his name and address and the transaction that occured. Let them know of the money orders, paypal... everything. They will investigate and at the very least prosecute on mail fraud and theft.

If that doesn't help let me know, I'll drive to PA and bang his girlfriend, that will ruin his happy mood!

Wow, the info you can find on a person via the net… I’ll have to think twice before I screw you guys (not that I plan to). I hope you guys can do something to get this guy though. What a prick.

 

I think this may explain the multiple addresses. He probably thought that by moving, he'd be harder to track down.

 

You will catch him , i have no doubts about it , and for all of you that sent payment with money orders , file those mail fraud charges when you catch his ass.. Im sure he will see jail time for sure with multi mail fraud charges filed against him, and dont forget the $10,000 fines for each charge lol .. Give it to him hard so he can sit down for months , make him an example to never rip off someone on the forums ..

 

He is not going to move out of PA his girlfriend is around the area also tomorrow I am going to file a police report with all the info that I have gather and press charges, also the Miami Police Department has to forward it PA Police so whenever someone is driving that his car or himself he is going down!!!!!! also I call pay pal earlier they said that they are also tracking him down so guys is gonna take a while but this mofo is going to pay (down)............ !!!!!!

I just got that same email. Checked out his myspace and everything is set to private. If he did say he was moving to Mass. I would have seriously done something bad.

 

He's full of b.s.; I can understand if you sold various items to various buyers and having a family emergency, or something to that effect, not being able to deliver on your promises.

But to sell the identical toys to various buyers (for a too good to be true price) has scam written all over it.

 

i still say track him down and beat him then have him arrested
