I have finally got around to posting my Evasion Mode Optimus Prime custom. I know they are a dime a dozen, but i still like it.
Despite some of the little issues with this mold, it is an awesome marriage of G1 and movieverse Optimus! I wanted to continue that idea with my paint job. I repainted the blues with a lighter more vivid blue. I then added the silver stripe on his chest and arms. The rest was just details. I then modified a G1 Ion Blaster, trailer, and roller. The two energon swords came from a KO DotM figure.
Let me know what you think, and thanks for looking!

And my top three Evasion customs!

OMG @Lukelbs where did those wheels come from and can I get a tutorial to do all of this? I've been failing at scratch-building at trailer and this is just what I wanted! And is it possible to remove the little interior pods if I want to spray paint the trailer

Well done! Hasbro should take some pointers from us customizers! Yours looks right on!

They are? Although the last time I looked on eBay was when they were like $50.

Thank you! Hopefully my pm helped as a tutorial of sorts. Let me know if you have success!

Thank you! I think Hasbro could make a bit more money if they added a bit more paint to these figures, there are some excellent details in the molds that just need paint to really bring them out!

I think I've seen some ranging from $15 to $20. Set it up as a saved search and see if you have any luck!
