Sh*t. I've never seen that concept art before. It's beautiful and that NEST interior is so much more sexier than the one in the movie.

Also, yay for Ratchet. I wish we could've seen him doing something with a helicopter in the background.

Did anybody notice in one of the scenes the government lady (can't member her name) calls optimus prime octopus prime.

 

Charlotte called Optimus "Octopus Prime"?

I don't think anyone has pointed this out, when Optimus is preparing to deliver Shockwave the gut punch from hell his little ear things move. I don't know if that's a helmet or not lol

 

I always thought she said that but figured its just my imagination.

When she introduces Prime to the astronauts.

 

It sounds like she said Optimus Prime.

 

Optimus gets kicked in the face quite a bit. Megatron in TF1 and 2. He gets kicked in the face by Sentinel I think, and Lockdown kicks him in the face in AOE.

Did you know?

That while Bay likes to show toilet humor and other inapropriate stuf in the TF movies, he always has some way to show that it's not right to have it be shown or done. he will try to counter it in some way. I say some of it...

For example:

In ROTF:
when Leo is walking around with his pants on his knees, it is immediately followed by a guard saying that it's inapropriate to walk around like that and that he should be ashamed of himself.

Devastator get's shot by a rail gun after showing his testicles

in DOTM:

one of the accueretta co-workers says to a latino female that it's inapropriate to dress in such revealing clothes (it's actually a quite realistic responce considering it's a bay movie)

Showing something you like without promoting that you like it by immediatly saying it's wrong to show it :s

Yup. It's pretty clear in the film that Ratchet is an accessory to Terracide.


I'd recommend reading through the rest of this thread (or parts of it, it's gotten really long and people have posted a lot of repeated content over the years), there's a lot of subtle bits too.
